A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

Neither the school nor JB obtained parental consent to teach this young child that her sense of self as a girl was a fiction. JB’s conduct undermined their daughter’s foundational concept of identity, and also contradicted biological reality, the application alleges.

I'm thinking 7:2 against the family. (If the kid was in the process of being transed out, reverse those numbers.)

Human rights ruling says Manitoba must offer gender-neutral birth certificates

WINNIPEG — The Manitoba government has been ordered to start offering non-binary sex designations on its birth certificates.

A human rights adjudicator has also ordered the province to pay $50,000 to a transgender individual who wanted the sex designation on their birth certificate replaced with an “X” and was denied.

The complainant, who is identified as T.A. because of a publication ban, filed a complaint with the Manitoba Human Rights Commission after the request was turned down in 2014.

Manitoba’s Vital Statistics Agency said all birth certificates have two options — male or female — under provincial law and no other option is allowed.

The independent adjudicator who heard the case ruled that the government’s position is discriminatory and there is nothing under the law that would prevent a third designation from being offered.

Adjudicator Dan Manning also said the seriousness of the province’s actions toward the complainant was on “the high end.”

“Gender identity is a part of our concept of selfhood. The (vital statistics) director’s practice to not allow non-binary designations of sex designation and only permit male or female designations was effectively the government refusing to acknowledge T.A.’s agency and personhood,” Manning wrote in his ruling released Tuesday.

“The difficulties faced by trans and non-binary individuals in our society are many. Human rights tribunals have long recognized the disadvantages faced by trans people and non-binary individuals in society.”

Manning gave the province 180 days to start offering non-binary sex designations on birth certificates and 60 days to pay T.A. compensation.

He rejected a request for a further $25,000 in exemplary damages, saying he found no evidence of malice or recklessness in the government’s behaviour.

A one-sentence written statement from the office of Finance Minister Scott Fielding, who is responsible for the Vital Statistics Agency, said the government received the decision and “will now carefully review it to determine next steps.”

The complainant’s lawyer said T.A. is happy with the ruling.

“It is an important step forward for the trans community both in Manitoba and across Canada … so T.A. is feeling very pleased with the result,” Susan Ursel said.

I didn't click through the article when it was first posted but oohhhh hohoho I should have. 'Online dating is like rifling through the bargain bin' when they look like this? Why would any woman look at this buck angel 2.0 balding ass ginger with mastectomy scars pseduo-manlet no effort made to gain muscle through working out and no dick that no doubt posses the typical troon voice and think I want that.

They are literally the offbrand grabage that people pick through in the clearance bin. LMAO.

Also it's interesting that you posted the original thread because the reddit has like 10,000 + users and their thread only got 24 replies. People are so disinterested in her they don't even both to comment.

IMO. I really hate the idea that some of them go on with that 'you aren't required to tell people'. I'm sure it'll work out absolutely great to build your relationship on a lie if you fail to disclose something so vitally important.

interview in Quillette with Ray Blanchard, the guy who first named autogynephilia. it really explains so much, no wonder the troons hate the theory & hyperventilate at the mention of Blanchard's name. excerpt:

Although Blanchard’s typology is supported by a wide range of sexologists and other researchers, it is strongly rejected by most trans activists who dispute the existence of autogynephilia. The medical historian Alice Dreger, whose 2015 book Galileo’s Middle Finger included an account of the autogynephilia controversy, summarises the conflict:
There’s a critical difference between autogynephilia and most other sexual orientations: Most other orientations aren’t erotically disrupted simply by being labeled. When you call a typical gay man homosexual, you’re not disturbing his sexual hopes and desires. By contrast, autogynephilia is perhaps best understood as a love that would really rather we didn’t speak its name. The ultimate eroticism of autogynephilia lies in the idea of really becoming or being a woman, not in being a natal male who desires to be a woman.
...

Ray Blanchard: I introduced the word and the concept of autogynephilia—the tendency of certain males to become sexually aroused by the thought or image of themselves as females—in 1989 as an extension of the concept of transvestic fetishism. The DSM diagnosis, Transvestic Fetishism, was defined in psychiatry at that time as sexual urges and fantasies involving cross-dressing in heterosexual males.

I published my early writings on autogynephilia in specialty journals with very small circulations. I intended them for a tiny readership of clinicians who specialized in the assessment and management of gender-dysphoric patients. However, this work attracted the attention of two individuals who decided to promote it more broadly, one online (Anne A. Lawrence) and one in a book (J. Michael Bailey). These efforts, especially the book, enraged three influential trans women—two of them senior academics—who attempted to get Bailey fired from his teaching position at Northwestern University for writing it. This campaign has been documented in detail by Alice D. Dreger, a medical historian. Paradoxically, the efforts of trans activists, then and today, to completely suppress any mention of autogynephilia in public discourse has resulted in an increased public awareness of it. I think the self-defeating behavior of trans activists has persisted because the idea of autogynephilia cuts too close to the bone. If the idea had no resonance with them, they would simply have ignored it, and the idea of autogynephilia would just be one of many forgotten hypotheses of gender identity disorder.

Subsequently other strange and unexpected (to me) events befell my notion of autogynephilia. Modern trans activists reframed transsexualism/transgenderism as a political problem rather than a clinical problem. The flat denial that autogynephilia exists became a canon of modern trans activism, trans activism become a sub-department of the Social Justice Movement, and the Social Justice Movement became a primary combatant in the ongoing, pervasive Culture Wars.

The upshot is that most trans activists—and, in solidarity, their “allies”—deny that autogynephilia exists. Since most university psychologists, sociologists, and humanities professors are “allies,” the topic of autogynephilia may be omitted from Human Sexuality or Gender Studies courses for a generation.

worth reading!

that 7 year old kid went to school as a boy for the first time, because the new custody order lets the dad have his kids on school days. the mom was really psycho about trying to keep the dad away from the school because she doesn't want the staff to know he is a boy. lol tough shit

also his mom threw a tantrum and had her attorneys file a motion for the judge to recuse herself because she posted something on facebook

from what I can tell the judge posted something like "the legislator's reaction to the case has had no impact on my judgment". It is a flimsy ass reason to request recusal. She is mad and burnt down her whole reputation as a doctor over this stupid bullshit.

That child is going to be so fucked up when they get older. Either that or they'll kill themselves from all the stress their mom is putting them under. I hope she doesn't get her way.

HOPING for his sake the fact that Dad is clearly fighting for him will mean that once he reaches a certain age he can 'fuck you mom' along with his twin brother to stay with Dad full time. The father isn't a weak man just standing aside, like Jazz Jennings father for example, so the mother knows her 'window' of opportunity to cement her hold and force her belief on the son is relatively short. He may need therapy but having a parent who supports his choices will hopefully spare him the bulk of the damage.

Honestly, if the poor kid chooses to wear boy clothing and chooses to go to school as a boy then someone somewhere seriously fucked up because that seems like the simplest test imaginable. Take him into a room with a third unbiased person who can stress this is his choice and give him the choice between two outfits- two pronouns - two names, if Mom is so hellbent on 'he knows he's a girl!' but he makes the opposite choice then it's very clear what is happening here.

Edit: IMO. The thing that concerns me most about this is the possibility of the mother going scorched earth and if not getting her way resorting to the worst. I really hope we don't see a headline in a few months that she took both boys, killed them, and herself. :(

The 6-year-old Ottawa girl story doesn't sit well with me. Sure she could have been severely upset when her teachers said "girls aren't real", but an upset 6-year-old is easy to placate, and little kids tend to forget things. Also a 6-year-old tend not to request "if she could go to the doctor about this issue". Kids of that age are very concrete and self-centered thinkers, and the girl would be much more likely to say, for example, "The doctor said I'm a girl! Go ask him!". I suspect the parents have handled the matter inappropriately, making a colossal deal out of it for God knows why, to the detriment of the girl's mental well-being.

worth reading!
I concur it is mandatory reading. Blanchard is a perceptive researcher, and we must thank God for his perseverance against the screeching of troons and their allies in academia. What especially jumped out to me is how he describes the sexual fantasy of the average women vs the autogyne (underlining mine):

"...some autogynephilic men symbolize themselves as women in their masturbation fantasies. Examples I have collected include: sexual fantasies of menstruation and masturbatory rituals that simulate menstruation; giving oneself an enema, while imagining the anus is a vagina and the enema is a vaginal douche; helping the maid clean the house; sitting in a girls’ class at school; knitting in the company of other women; and riding a girls’ bicycle. "

I didn't think of Zach "Zinnia Jones" Antolak as an autogyne before; from now on I might have to pay more attention.

This little girl went from probably playing with dolls and tea party not a care in the world to an adult who she is supposed to trust telling her a concrete fact she's never once questioned about herself isn't real. It's completely believable that this would cause her distress and that she would hang on to that fact. She's smart enough to know that she can see via herself and her classmates that their are differences between them, real differences, but she's still at the age where she has a pretty solid belief in what she's told by adults- like santa and the tooth fairy. It's a schism in her very limited world view.

If the girl in this story already has some issue or anxiety it's completely believable that she'd dwell on this. They're not likely to publish the child's actual comments and the parents might put it in a better to understand way, and sure they might be pushing it a little harder because they think it's insane to be confusing kids like this - it is- but there's no reason to think something like this wouldn't happen with the way children are today. Not to mention if the teacher had the gall to show the absolute brainwashing garbage that is queer kids stuff to her class without consulting the parents then a child saying 'the Doctor said I was' would probably just be responded too with another video where they say 'sometimes the doctors are wrong when they call you male or female'

There really is no choice. Even if the child desires to troon, that's still child abuse and anyone perpetrating it deserves to dangle. In an ideal world, anyway. :)
Pushing the narrative that children's decisions in any of this garbage should be honored is one of the most horrifying things about the whole tranny debate and we all know why. Once it's solidified that elementary school children can make decisions like sterilizing themselves, or at least setting themselves on a path to, then the pedos come in.

Kids actually tend go trough a period where they are extremely concerned with gender. If this girl was going trough that, then I can see her genuinely being really upset without parents being that big instigating factor. During this time kids tend to pay heavy attention to what girls do and what boys do, and what their same sex parent does. So something like if mommy sits at sofa and daddy sits at armchair that means I need to sit at armchair too because I’m boy and boys sit on armchair. Often this is accompanied with rejection of anything they see going against their gender, even if they have enjoyed those activities before. Like a boy refuses to play with dolls or wear camouflage patterns because his mommy is in the army.

This period usually isn’t that long but it’s still very common behavior because kids don’t have that strong self image. They don’t have accomplishments yet, their interest change pretty rapidly, their body is growing, they consistently learning new things and they aren’t making most of the decisions in their lives. Their gender is one of few permanent markers they can start building their identity on. For similar reasons kids can put heavy attention to their hair color or their name, anything that’s fairly staple and makes them unique or part of group. Still gender is one biggest and definitely most common things this happens with. When kids learn that their gender isn’t affected by playing with “wrong” toys or what they are wearing they tend to calm down but it’s still normal thing to go trough.

But misgendering literally rapes and murders you.

Yes, a teacher can disturb the world view of small children like that. The teacher teaches them how to read, they know this to be true because they can now read, they teach them math and the same thing applies there, so far so good, they then teach them that girls doesn't exist and is that also true? Children are gullible, the teacher could have told them that an urban legend or scary story was true and that would also be very distressing for some. Like, don't walk near sewer grates, there are horrible people living down there and if a child goes too close they might reach out and grab their ankle and pull them down.
If a teacher told a class of 1st graders that I'm absolutely certain that there will be a couple of kids that steer clear of sewer grates for a couple of years, out of fear, even if their parents tells them it's bullshit.

Back to the article, it was these two things that really stood out to me.
"asked if she could “go to the doctor” about this issue. " - the doctor, why?
"This followed a lesson by JB on ... sex changes. " - there it is. I have a hunch that the teacher strongly reaffirmed that boys transitioning are true girls in every way, it cannot be denied by anyone, while at the same time (cis) girls don't exist.

A small child trying to reconcile two contradicting truths might get the idea that a doctor is involved in making someone a girl and she wants to be a girl. There's a thread in General Discussion called "stupid things you believed as a kid" and after reading that it's not outlandish to think that she started to believe something like that. I wonder what will be posted in a thread like that in 20-25 years.
