He can't do that soHe actually did it, the mad man.
I wonder if he's trying to create a situation that would force Ty to cease representing Vic?

Nick has mentioned that there's a word count once they start filing in the court of appeals, so I suspect part of MoRon's strategy right now is to get as much garbage filed and into the trial court's record as they possibly can.Ty might not be as bad at wargaming as I originally thought he was.
I think I've figured out his current strategy. I just wish he hadn't boomered and prepared better for dealing with Chupp, man.
But seriously. The defense is playing all their cards now. They're getting messier and messier.
If appeals go through, they're gonna have already fired off prematurely at this rate. But that isn't everything they need to be worried about.
He may think he can create a conflict of interest. Or he may just be that determined to get Ty on the stand and gasp at him about the affidavits again. He can't do that so
Would they have to address all of it at the appeal, though? The court's errors during the TCPA hearing and prior are the meat of the issue, whilst everything afterwards could likely be summed up in a sentence.Nick has mentioned that there's a word count once they start filing in the court of appeals, so I suspect part of MoRon's strategy right now is to get as much garbage filed and into the trial court's record as they possibly can.
They're trying to pointlessly drive up the cost, and they're trying to muddy the waters enough to obscure Vic's clear and specific claims. It already worked once, on Chumpp.Would they have to address all of it at the appeal, though? So is he trying to get Ty on the stand or something? Why would that even be necessary? Hes already under oath in the court anywayLooks like Ty was served?

So I felt the Autism hit me hard today; so I removed some of the redaction from the PDF document.
I left the black lines around the boxes stand so you can easily tell what was redacted
Here ya go pages: 163-191

Yeah, you can file a motion to quash a subpoena as long as you have good reason, and in Ty’s case, he has lots.Motion to quash in 3, 2, 1...
...the sheer fucking incompetence... dear fucking god how is this even possible.Crosspostin to spread the good word

There's no possible way to argue that "improper usage of M. Rial and R. Toye concerning GFM campaigns in their name" is related to the lawsuit, right?Page 9

Had to laugh at the literal 12 minutes of research they put into Nick on July 2nd....the sheer fucking incompetence... dear fucking god how is this even possible.
Did they let the sheepdog do the redactions instead of someone who actually knew what they were doing, or is Lemonparty really this exceptional? That degree of incompetence might actually be bordering on malpractice.

That's an outright fraud on the court for them to redact it and claim that it's costs related to the lawsuit.
Throw in a few more lawyers and Weeb Wars could represent a small European country. Not sure if this has been noticed by anyone else, but the "Defendants Rial and Toye's Motion for Sanctions and Fees.pdf" document lists "Austin N. Priddy" in the Author metadata.

I don't see any mention of him, or of the law firm of Hunton Andrews Kurth, anywhere. Possibly new counsel?
