It’s not swelling if you take one picture closer up than where you took the other one.

Looks like the kid has Turner Syndrome, which is a thing. I'd be willing to give her the benefit of the doubt, but then I saw this, so I don't know.Found what I believe is a very disturbing MBP mom with a toddler.
FB banner is her small daughter surrounded by a circle of medical equipment. She fetishizes the feeding tube her daughter has, claiming she needs it because she vomits x10 a day. Can’t find her specifying Dx, but she makes a huge deal about being a warrior munchie mom. Many posts about what a “bitch” she is, which I guess that’s a normal defensive route to take when your making your child ill for attention
I hate digging through these MBP mom pages because it makes me physically sick to see the public bragging and praise they get for child abuse.
A goose diaper. Of course. Is it an "emotional support" goose? If I walked into Publix with a giant bird, it wouldn't go over well. The goose wears a diaper.

And goes to the grocery store with her because of course it does
These things aren't really mutually exclusive. the same way you can have a real EDS diagnosis and seek the most invasive, end-of-the-line treatments for all the comorbidities, you can have a genuinely sick child you exploit for more internet asspats by exaggerating the severity of their illness or claiming it caused other complications that it didn't.Looks like the kid has Turner Syndrome, which is a thing. It's one thing to advocate for your child, but it's different when your entire identity is overwritten by your kid's illness.

They make chicken diapers, too, for people who can't bear to leave their livestock outdoors. The goose couldn't wear it in the bathtub, though. Getting naked in a tub of warm water with a shitting goose -- you can create all sorts of novel bugs doing smart things like that.

Yeah, I don't doubt that her daughter has Turner Syndrome. She seems like an extreme OTT mom about the whole situation, though. Every second post on the page is her screeching at people. It would be different if the page was to keep friends and family updated with their journey through treatment and stuff, but she's made it into some sort of toxic soapbox. These things aren't really mutually exclusive. the same way you can have a real EDS diagnosis and seek the most invasive, end-of-the-line treatments for all the comorbidities, you can have a genuinely sick child you exploit for more internet asspats by exaggerating the severity of their illness or claiming it caused other complications that it didn't.
That said, Turner Syndrome doesn't usually cause the list of problems she's claiming. It mostly affects growth, intellectual development, and reproductive health.
That sounds like an excellent way to get bird flu.
This is exactly the reason why I love KF. I never would have imagined that someone would be so weird as to sleep and bathe with a goose and dress it in a diaper. The goose wears a diaper.

Now it's part of prenatal testing and at anatomy ultrasound T18/Turners can often be detected. So that part holds upYeah, the thing about Turner Syndrome is doctorswont diagnosis it until adolescent or teen years. So the fact she’s claiming turning syndrome for a toddler is bullshit.
Edit: Correction, they will Dx severe cases with genetic testing but for many years some of the biggest issues with Turner Syndrome were reproductive and didn’t become obvious until puberty.
I still don’t buy it. I’ve never heard of Turner Syndrome causing vomiting x10 per day. But I just don’t think this woman is honest about anything. She usually just refers to the girl as medically fragile with complex Dx - which are big red flags. Her constant social media attention whoring stinks to high heaven either way. The FB banner with a small child surrounded by medical equipment, as if it’s so cute, is just creepy af.
But maybe she’s one of the munchie moms where a legit Dx spurred the insatiable appetite for attention and off to the races they go.
Do you know how she gets the diaper on it? The logistics are confusing me.What i can tell you about geese: they have poop similar in size to that of a small dog, and they hate joggers. That is all I will say about that.
Oh hell no! I just know where to veer around the poop and to never make eye contact if I don't think I can outrun them.Do you know how she gets the diaper on it? The logistics are confusing me.
