Also, Phil not finishing his degree last time is more proof that Christine is better than him. She has an associate's degree
and a CADD certificate, and also gets a bigger tugboat and passes as a woman better.
Finally, the last time he was in school, he was involved in anime club, met Duty and Kory, and got visited by the Secret Service, so I for one look forward to it. I assume he won't apply and enroll, though, or he might just do a continuing education course or something like that. Prove me wrong, Spuds.
Community colleges almost all have open admission, or at least close to it. No idea whether he'd pursue an actual degree, though, or just take continuing education or non-credit courses.
