Speaking of Funimation, I noticed something peculiar. I don’t know if anyone is aware, but today is Caitlin Glass’s birthday (she turns thirty-eight). Several fans from both ISWV and KV are wishing her a happy birthday today on Twitter.

But here’s the weird part: I checked through Twitter handles by various Funimation voice actors and as of right now, not a single one of them wished her a happy birthday, which was odd: not Clark, not Palencia, not Mills, not Tatum, not Grelle, not Phillips, not Clinkenbeard, not Schemmel, not Sabat, not even Funimation itself. That could change, of course. But still...

Maybe I’m just overthinking it, but Funimation has wished happy birthdays to many voice actors before to guys like Aaron Dismuke, Jamie Marchi and even Monica Rial. Hell, even TOEI wished Monica a happy birthday and several VA’s had no problem retweeting and liking it. And yesterday, Funimation wished some rando named Alejandro Saab. Considering how nice Caitlin has been towards these people and vice versa, it’s kinda odd that they don’t wish her a happy birthday.
Well :
- Either they forgot.
- Either she didn't go on the couch.
- Either she hasn't shown any KVicer sign.
- Either she's on the list

I don’t know how you forget Caitlin Glass but not Aaron Dismuke or even some dude named Alejandro Saab. Especially if Glass is the ADR director of the new Fruits Basket.

Only non-diabolical reason I can think of is that Glass might not like being reminded of her birthday (which would be kind of weird, because she's not that old).

I don’t know about that. That strikes me as a little far fetched, especially since she did in fact like a few such tweets, not to mention Rial and Marchi are older than her.

Oh, I agree that it's not likely. I dunno enough about the VA world to say that ~IT'S A CONSPIRACY~, but something absolutely smells fishy.

Remember when we found out Amber Heard was the real person who abused Johnny Depp and not the other way around. This is all the things she did to him.

Threw a remote at him? Her and Ron should meet one day. Seriously how did Depp win this defamation case when he's more of a public figure than Vic could ever be?

And despite all of that, she's still the leftist media's darling and hasn't taken a hit to her career like Depp. She's still claiming victim status.

So, I saw this on twitter:

Didn't think it was real at first, so I scrolled through Funimation's FB myself, found it and took this screenshot. It is real. Funimation associated with Momokun on their official FB page.

This post is from October 2017. I'm not sure when the whole Momokun debacle happened. (for those of you who don't know: Momokun is a fat cosplayer who went through a convention actually grabbing guys' asses without their consent, filming it in the process. She later blamed it on her ADHD.) Even if the debacle happened after this was posted on their FB, that doesn't excuse them leaving it up. They remove Vic from credits, remove interviews with him from DVD's, basically trying to unperson him and erase him completely from their history, but leave this post up. There's no evidence regarding Vic's supposed harassing behavior, but there's clear evidence when it comes to Momokun.

I suppose harassment only bothers Funimation when it happens to women.

We don't condone harassment of any kind (unless it's directed toawrds men.)

Funimation has been doing things to piss off the anime community for years, it seems. They support the worst of people because as long as you're within a certain group of friends, you're golden. It is funny to see people complain about her being inappropriate, yet Funimation didn't say or do jack shit about it... But some moron on Twitter tweeting at Funimation about Vic over rumors that haven't been proven got the man fired. It makes it seem like Vic was definitely targeted in all this. The company just used the dumbest excuse to fire him and thought they could get away with it without people questioning it.

I would just chalk it up to her not having friends in all the right places like Monica and Jamie. They may or may not have anything against Caitlin... But she probably isn't part of the favored clique within the company to make her birthday a big deal.

The convention Vic is going to seems nice to be going well

I like the glasses

I wouldn't think too much of a lack of happy birthday for Caitlin unless the day ends without Funimation wishing her a happy birthday. Especially if no kickviccer does it either.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they wished her a happy birthday in the last minute. Again, this could be nothing, But considering that they used Caitlin’s religion in that ANN article to critique Chuck Huber’s affidavit that Vic was fired because of his religion and that they even had a group photo at the Galaxycon in Minneapolis, I’m just mystified why they didn’t celebrate her birthday earlier. It’s not like it takes an hour to tweet out “Happy Birthday!”

Other fans with Vic at Holly Hill Comic Con:

Vic's glasses are as gay as his pants, and I love it.
I get the feeling vic knows we mess with him about the pants and he is just rolling with it...if so, such a good sport. Oddly enough the pants look normal though....

Think it is a rule that one article of flamboyant clothing(or accessory) must be on vic in public. May need to give this a name...the vic constant? Vic law? anyone have any suggestions?

Obviously, it has to be something like the law of gayquivalent exchange:
For one piece of gay clothing Vic removes, he has to put on another piece of gay clothing.
Gayness cannot be destroyed or created, only transmuted or replaced.

Really feel bad for saying this, since she's a supporter of Vic, but fucking hell. That face is some serious nightmare material.

But are they as gay as his shirts?

Victor's Law Of Gayness Conservation.

Corollary: Mignogna's Flamboyancy Constant.

On a more serious note, it speaks to his character that the only thing we make fun of him for is his eclectic choice in clothing, and even then it's kind of a "aw shucks" kind of poking.

On another serious note, Vic says he barely knows what the Farms is, so I doubt he sees what we say about his pants and wears them to troll us. Unless @Svetlana relays the message.
