He was doing a big project at the time, I think Scooby Doo, and his people didn't like that so they asked him to avoid the event due to liability.

Fans biting their idols is a lot more common than one would think. I think the most recent time it happened was Sebastian Stan at some comic con.

But Scott was pretty cool about it, just had to do what he had to do to keep the people who paid him happy.

I think we need to be careful with our speculation of the Vic and Scott confusion. We wouldn't wanna drag Scott into this shitshow. I think them looking vaguely similar for a brief point in time and their coinciding Houston appearances are nothing but co-inky-dinks, and come on people, am I the only one who can easily tell them apart? Sheesh.

Plus, I got to thinking - even with all the "20+ years of creepy behavior", the dates that these fucks give are usually like, '07 at the earliest. I'm pretty sure that by that point, Scott's hair was long again. Let's not jump to convenient conclusions here. KV doesn't deserve THAT much credit. They're just unstable lying cunts.

I think people often underestimate how fans treat actors. Obviously people are much more wary around actresses, actors are a different story. Kit Harrington complained that random women would just outright grab his ass and crotch and felt free to do so. And that when he complained about it, it was treated as a joke. The guy's fucking married and women felt like it was ok to do this because he was Jon Snuh. Its not really a wonder why he went to rehab.

If you were married to a hot redhead and fat catladies constantly tried to fondle you with impunity I think you'd do drugs too.

If even half the shit that happened to male actors and personalities happened to females, there would be assault charges handed out like hot cakes.

Chicks are notorious for bad behavior and playing it off because they've got pussy privilege.

I mean AWL, Manjaw, Dominique Skye and a few others on the KV side have done some extra exceptional shit but because they're women they don't even get a slap on the wrist for it.

So I'm watching bits and pieces of Nick Rekieta's stream last night, and to the surprise of every rational human being on the planet, Phlegmoine is putting irrelevant stuff on the bill to upsurge the costs. Curious parts of that stream:
  1. J. Sean Lemoine was hired by the law firm Kessler Collins to be Moronica's lawyer.
  2. The last payment (October 7th) was over $85,000 and apparently, Nick is interested on who collected that bill.
  3. First immediate problem with the bill: Phlegmoine charged for the preparation for the mediation when each party is supposed to bare their own expenses from the mediation, and the preparation for the fees of the TCPA.
  4. Many of the fees are not related to the TCPA.
  5. Somehow, it is Vic's fault for the supposed hate mail and death threats. 🙄
  6. The drafting of the bill is obscenely, blatantly padded.
  7. The first lingering question is who partially paid for the bill?
  8. They drafted a subpoena to Nick after the hearing...but Nick hasn't been served yet.
  9. "Pursue appeal options with co-defense counsel".
  10. Bits and pieces are curiously redacted, including which clients and co-defense counsels they communicated with, and at one case involving a 4-hour $2,000 meeting.
  11. They actually conducted a background search on Nick and reviewed his "shock jock statements", which is sad.
  12. They've collected over $100,000. Remember when Ron had a sissy fight with Diesel on Yelp and he said he paid 200K? Where is that 200K you paid for, Ron?
  13. J. Sean Lemoine is investigating people online. No, seriously.
  14. Who is the redacted client?
  15. Lemoine conferred with J. Volney about anti-SLAPP strategy and defamation issues. 🤔
  16. 1:11:02 is an absolute clusterfuck of redactions. [NO CHARGE TO CLIENT] all redacted repeatedly. What are they hiding?
  17. The word "Blank" is going to be stuck in your head.
  18. They had to draft "corrections" to Faisal Ahmed's affidavit. 🤔
  19. I'm sure a lot of you guys already know, but for those who don't, Exhibit D and Exhibit E will raise a few eyebrows. It starts at 1:24:00, and it's most likely what Nick was referring to regarding the issue hiring Lemoine earlier this week.

But the part that has me laughing is the beginning in which Phlegmoine included snippets of Kiwi Farms on the document, because he is that hellbent to argue that Nick has a KF account and that he could either be @mindlessobserver or @Captain Manning.

Hey, @Shane_Yes_That_One, if your side thinks we're a joke and they're laughing at us, why are they using us to make an argument against the plaintiff?
