Victor Mignogna v. Funimation Productions, LLC, et al. (2019) - Vic's lawsuit against Funimation, VAs, and others, for over a million dollars.

I could have sworn someone "unredacted" the fees information and posted it somewhere around here but I'll be damned if I can find it again now. Forgive this handsome old fool for asking but can anyone point me in the right direction? Assuming that wasn't all just a whiskey-fueled fever dream.

Worth pointing out that only some of the pages could be un-redacted. The rest of the document appeared to have been, shockingly, redacted correctly.
 
Kiwis! Is there perhaps somewhere here on the site a comparison of each of the affidavits that were submitted with the defendants filings and Vics response to each of those affidavits, listed in a side by side comparison? I’m going to make some statements but I wand make sure I’ve got all the presented facts started correctly.

Supposedly Lemoine demanding Slatosch and Vic to testify opens the door to letting the affidavits in.

You know, those affidavits that he got off the record because he mugged a leprechaun for all the luck in the world.

While I'm here, if Chupp refuses to let Vic's lawyers talk how would one raise objections for appeals?

How would he prevent them from objecting? They're going to be in the room, so they could object. He could ignore the objections, or overrule them or whatever, but they can still object.

Unless you mean he somehow forces them to not object, which is a whole other issue that seems pretty unlikely to occur.

Well, if what Nick says is true, Chupp did quip to Phlegmoine that he didn’t seem confident that he may win the appeals.
