He got subpoena'd, and Chupp indicated he wanted Vic to show up, so they didn't quash it this time.
He looks good, though. For walking into another smelly deposition with Lemonhead, he looks good. At least Lemonsaid will have to say any scummy things in front of Chupp this time instead of in the privacy of a room.
Bet you just about anything Griftsby will suddenly go silent if those appeal hearings don't go her way. Just so she can try to trick the readers of DMN into thinking the case ended with the sanctions and Vic lost.
