So my guess is chupp finally unchupped himself and started actually reading on the lawsuit. Looks like hes gonna do what i predicted which is look at the most reasonable defense attorney (marchi's) and award everyone the same fees. So thats like what 60k per defandant? totalling a nice 240k Make it another 25k in sanction just to make sure it tally up to the GFM lmao.

That's being optimistic.
My bet is only Lemoine gets gutted if anyone does. He could wave it through because it doesn't really stop appeals from happening.
My stupid optimism is saying Lemoine gets assblasted from six angles. But I'm not sure. All I know is Chupp has a great deal of contempt for the mosquito and that'll be fun to watch unfold during appeals.
