Weeb Wars / AnimeGate / #KickVic / #IStandWithVic / #vickicksback - General Discussion Thread

In all that shit spewing out of Shane, the one thing my brain even bothers to notice is that bottom tweet. Who in the fuck says "Ruh Uh!"? It's either "Uh oh!", or "Ruh Roh!" if you're playing up Scooby Doo. If it's just a spelling mistake I guess I'll just chock that up as the damage Twitter does to your ability to communicate like a human being. If it isn't a spelling mistake, ditto.

I don't know if the fact that that's what I notice is due to autism, or that Shane is such a font of stupidity that it's all become white noise to me at this point. Probably both.

Look at that. An actual victim of physical abuse called the cops and got the guy arrested with a criminal investigation underway. And how does the anime community respond? By sitting on their hands. What a joke.
The more bullshit happens, the more definitive proof is there of them being complete degenerates, we all knew ages ago but when the normies finally get it through their thick skull, Ohboi, I can't wait for the witch hunts coming after them. None of those fuckers have enough proof to go to the police and file a report yet they continue to say shit about Vic. But the moment that someone high up in RT is a domestic abuser, (forget Ron, he's a lowlife) and they can't say shit.

Once again, who is the more righteous side, uh? No amount of damage control is gonna save their asses expect for the exceptional dumbfucks that get as "hard" as they can when they see abuse again women.

The defense team subpoenaed Mignogna as part of its strategy, but my sense was that the actor’s testimony helped his own cause far more than it hurt it.

Now that's really fucking interesting! An article from Sharon that doesn't seem to be negative towards Vic much at all, or at least nowhere near as much as previous articles had been. It's almost like seeing the man in person and hearing his side of the story makes a fucking difference.

That being said, all of that bile was instead thrown towards Nick, most of the time listed simply as "a Minnesota Lawyer". She even included the "ground to dust" line.

Vic shows up in court for the first time, gets positive media coverage for the first time.
Guy should've showed up for his TCPA hearing in hindsight, fucking A.

Now that the hearing has passed and the verdict comes out tomorrow, I'll keep my expectations low. But who knows, I may be pleasantly surprised. It is terribly funny just how bad Lemonhead is at this. My take of when Chupp asked if Lemonhead was really going to charge MoRon that much and he took a moment to think about it before saying yes. If he said no, obviously he wouldn't be awarded the amount he desired... So the only option was to be a giant mosquito bitten asshole and simply respond yes. It's great. I am under the impression that Chupp thinks the amount is a bit absurd. He couldn't see how adorable Lemonhead was trying to be in requesting the amount of the GFM.

I didn't understand the importance about Vic's house moving into a trust. Actually I don't get the importance of having to have Vic testify about things at all. I don't get why Vic is supposed to know everything that's in the lawsuit. I mean... if people could just type up their own shit, they would. But then there wouldn't be a need for lawyers. Vic just trusts his lawyers are doing their job... that's what they are getting paid to do after all. Hell, why does Vic need to know his earnings off the top of his head? I sure don't know how much I've made this year. I'd have to look at my paycheck stubs to get an accurate number. Grilling him on the GFM still doesn't garner any desired results for the defendants. It's the same thing as before. He's not in charge of it, so how is he supposed to know the complete details of it? Truly exceptional stuff to point out against Vic.

I am shocked Monica didn't have another photo op with Griftsby today. Is it less impactful if it is just her alone? Or did photos of Vic's pants take precedence? Also, Shane is terrible at trying to make things into a meme. He needs to stop before every eyeball is gouged out from everyone who has laid eyes upon his sad attempts. All these weirdos think they are cute and funny, but they are not. They are just truly disturbing people.

I have also reflected on things leading up to this point in the case. I do hope appeals push through because there is a lot of things that need to be looked at again and explored. I could write a fucking novel about Monica's lies and how it's a miracle that any soul on this planet can believe her. But this wall of text is big enough as it is... So I'll leave it at that for now.

"Talking past the sale. " Like it's a legit thing that it was all retaliation and the only real question was Vic part of it directly or not. Nevermind asking if the accusations that destroyed his life were legit. Don't go there.

There was a social media push back by supporters of Vic and people trying to rally support for Vic early on which went Vic's way overwhelming well. It's a large part of how Vic got many of his Con gigs back. And of course there are people being mean to the defendants just like there's plenty of KV being shitting to Vic and his reputation. It's the internet.

Not only is Shane a shining example for stupidity as well as scum, he is also quite the boomer while thinking he's clever.
