It's all about presentation. If it's a tranny showing their own neovagina to the world, it gets to stay. If it's a surgeon documenting the process, it gets to stay. If it's framing it in a positive stunning and brave light it gets to stay. The sad and depressing thing is that IT IS A GOAL.

They don't have productive goals like losing weight, or getting a college degree, or buying a house, or mowing the lawn, or reading a book...you know, goals that would improve their lives and mental health. No their goal is to become the thing they cannot attain. None wonder they are suicidal.
