Well, do remember that it's hard to be happy about attorney's fees and sanctions. I mean, either way, it seems like Vic's going to get boned on finances. It may be, however, lesser of an amount than expected and more manageable. I'm thinking it's going to be Sam Johnson's amount for each defendant at this time.

I also predict Lemoine is going to do an interlocutory appeal.

Once the appeal start Vic doesn't pay jack shit. The TCPA gets appealed, and then if that fails again the fees are appealed also.

Still months off from a proper final ruling.

Exactly. Vic won't 'lose' for at least another 4-6 months, and that's worst case scenario.
 
I'm still happy that there's a chance Chupp might be seeing just how exceptional Lemoine is.

Would be funny if Chupperoni got to see the tweets about Lemoncuck sending a PI after someone random. I wonder how that would make him feel.

I'll take Lemoine not getting his bloated bills in full as a minor win, just imagine how hard he'd seethe if that happens. Plus how's he going to keep pushing into COA knowing his utter bum tier clients can't even afford his rate? It's all fantasy land anyway as this Chupp we're dealing with.

Imagine advertising the GFM amount nearly every day for the past few months, to fuck it all up and not receive anywhere near that amount.

if he slashes it down to 50K, and Ronnie has to pay up I'll be in bits.

They'd need to pay to tackle the COA, and other crap. Ty mentioned if appeals fails, he'll take it to the supreme court as well.

I'm not sure it'd be perjury on FUNimation's or Lemoine's part: I believ Chupp asked if he'd bill his cilents 280k, and Lemoine said yes. If FUNimation is a client, he didn't lie, did he?
