I genuinely prefer to have a friend of Vic get a role than suffer some KickVic sperg like Jason Liebrecht taking it and screeching about it. JYB I feel I can trust to do a good job in the role and hopefully if things work out let Vic have his role back.
This is why I don’t agree with the sentiment of being angry or distrusting of JYB taking over for Vic (at least for one character).

If my friend unfairly lost his job thanks to a bunch of snakes, then I see already another snake being recast in one of his prominent roles (Qrow), then I’d want to protect my friend’s work the best way I can from being taken over further by other snakes. The best way to do that, audition for the roles yourself and preform that character to the best of your ability and true to the characterization the actor before you had done.
Do we really want a little greaseball like Daman Mills or any of the other ilk to voice Sabo? Hell no. At least for the time being it will be taken care of by someone who is both competent and not a piece of shit.
I cannot claim to know JYB’s mindset—but from my limited interactions with him at conventions I have been at over the years, the way he presents himself online, his level of professionalism...all tells me he’s a decent guy who actually cares about his job.
It sucks for Vic this is happening but I know Vic would rather his roles go to actors who actually care, actually like their fans, and someone he still trusts...then any of the other snakes at Funi.
I said this two months ago on JYB replacing Vic as Sabo and I stand by it. Unlike other assholes, JYB is still a professional who has remained respectful to Vic and Vic has said he still trusts him.

So we have now learned that he is truly Mstrofpyrats/masterofpirates from this forum, and yes, he dabbled in childporn. More worrying is the words Lolicon and Guro. To those not in the know of what Guro is. It is basically dismemberment, violence, gore. Blood, missing limbs etc. That's what gets his juices flowing. And this was around 2005 when he was a mere 14-15 years old.
It does get worse you see: @AnOminous found his Rule34 back when the court document containing this threat was found, and did witness some atrocious Chris-chan drawn porn there.
