I think marchi or tatum will be the one who does the contacting to commit T.I. while sabat tells them what to say like how ron called slatosh. Sabat can't risk doing his politics like he did before huber's questionable affidavit about his casting couch, he's just lucky no one came out to speak up.

The current TI case against Marchi is guaranteed dead (defamation who knows) and the other guy hasn't been sued so I wonder if Vic would sue for this instance of TI if others got caught red-handed committing it based on leaked texts and an affidavit?

On the other hand I think after the Kamehacon debacle the Kasting Kouch Krew is probably a lot better at how they get cons to disinvite Vic without risking anything that rises to the level of TI.

I get a vibe reading their twitters that Vic wanting JYB to take over for him, and them being friends, or at the very least JYB not expressing the appropriate amount of KickVicness, has them on edge. He's not in the Texas Clique so Sabat and the MoRons can't really go after him directly, he's also much more popular than most of them, to boot. He also seems to have fans as rabid as Vic's.

In short -- I get the feel that some of them would really really like to broken staircase him, but haven't yet.

Have the Funimation Texas Clique realized that Funimation went to California to replace someone? This, combined with Funimation (or rather, Sony) posting a shitload of Job postings in California / New York, had a lot of people thinking Funimation is about to purge Texas, or at least get to a point where they could purge people in Texas if need be.

So I watched Vic's latest Unlocked vid and wrote down some info

-Fan asked if he gave up Broly and he (not so) jokingly says he was taken from him

-He reaffirms what JYB what said today and says he's s good guy

-He's been talking to several organizers in the past year for invitations next years

-Says Steve Blum is a good guy and considers him a friend (Yikes)

-He asks fans again to ask cons to invite him. Comments on mean people typing away and interfering with him going to cons cough cough Shane cough cough Manjaw cough cough Krissy *clears throat* sorry have a cold. Also says there are more lovers than haters of him (I don't think so but whatever). Also says that these people do this for attention

-He's planning to do a signing event around the country

-He talks about opening up his studio and he has all the experience of working on that just doesn't have the money for it (Ouch)

-Fan ask if he's still friends with Phil Parsons (voice of Nappa) and Laura Bailey. He doesn't know Phil but says he loves Laura and Travis to death. He says that everyone he meets is considered a friends and that was bit of a mistake

-He talk about that Jason douche as Qrow and says that he's a great VA and hopes he's doing the character justice

-He's was asker his age and he got a bit embarrassed about it

-He gives a fun trivia about Qrow not supposed to be a big deal but due to him voicing the character they started writing him in more

I’m really glad he confirmed his friendship with Bailey and Willingham, but hearing him talk about his naivety with friendships really depresses me. And the fact that he complimented Steve Blum and even Jason proves that he didn’t deserve any of this.

He's kept a low profile. If he was being sued and there was a deposition video out there i bet there would be more knives out for him.
