I think it's pretty safe and reliable to assume any comment that holds his mundanities in any sort of regard is sarcastic. The only thing you have to do is look at his chat when he's playing something like a FromSoft game or any game that allows him to save state, cheese, whatever. His chat is 90% snark and calling him out on his bullshit.
It's why I always have said that, in order to really understand Phil and his audience, you need to spend time in his chat. Not a restreamer's chat or watching TIHYDPs, but his chat. Send PMs to people and try to get a real opinion out of them. Sure, the internet is full of socially awkward autists, but it's not difficult to do and infer that his chat is mostly there to watch the shit show and most of the comments are there hoping he reads them aloud on stream and drones on about how much he agrees and how he's so different from other streamers and nobody appreciates it, making himself look like a fool in the process.
