Has Phil actively disabled VOD backup on Twitch? I wanted to use the exceptional boomer stream as background noise but no, I guess I have to wait for the Snort Burnell cut.

Keeping VODs up give easy evidence for anything that could ban Phil. The measly ad revenue on Twitch isn't worth the risk for him.

Didn't someone say (or was it a meme?) that DSP deleted VODs because then "there's no evidence" of him committing Twitch TOS violations since Twitch support doesn't count Youtube videos as evidence?

I know someone said it, but I wasn't sure if they were serious or not.

It's not official that it's a thing, but deleting problematic VODs is something streamers do. Presumably so evidence isn't readily available for reporting. In theory, someone should be able to archive it to YouTube and still be able to report it to Twitch, but that's plainly not been the case with Phil. Even his "faggots and homos" line from Dec 2017 is still up on YouTube, which should clearly run afoul of community guidelines.

I've heard DSP talk about Twitch VODs not being allowed to be available on another platform within 24 hours. Since he uploads his streams - which, let's be honest, are basically VODs - almost immediately to Youtube, he deletes them from Twitch.

It was brought up by someone who donated to Tevin, and I think it's really interesting. They said that people who get gifted troll subs can actually get refunds because phil immediately bans them as soon as they pop up. If he was smart, he'd just let them come in because it's free money, but his ego won't allow it.

Given that the subcount doesn't drop bu the same number of subs, I don't believe the sub gifter is doing that. If they are, you'd think Twitch would want to try and stop it to prevent further large-scale trolling.

My personal theory is it's someone who somewhat likes watching Phil but thinks it's funny when he is mad. Thing is, he's not even getting mad about the subs. He just silently leans in and bans the name. So all this person is accomplishing is giving him money...and spending 2x the amount to do it.

Keep in mind that from May 2019 (when Phil began his galaxy brain 10 year "plan") he wasn't paying the mortgage on the CT condo, so he had an extra ~$1,500 every month to spend and ~$10,000 extra in total. Couldn't afford those $60 games! That's not desperation, that's greed.

Edit: Unrelated but interesting note: Phil's gotten 149 gifted subs this month so far. 82 have come from anonymous gifters. Allowing...let's say 10 that were legit gifts, basically half of the gifted subs this month have come from LE TROLOLOLO, to the tune of something like $350 or so (half of that going to Phil).

Makes me wonder how much they're going to spend on their special family time christmas trystmas food shop.. which I think someone reported they're actually exceptional enough to want to do on Christmas Fucking Eve? I'm not sure maybe the upper crust patrons of Fred Meyer aren't willing to gut each other on December 24th over some pulled beef brisket the way the scrubs of life who shop at Wahlmart are.

Even if it's going to be a QVC sponsored feast this holiday season I have no doubt at all their kitchen will be overflowing with perishables that'll probably go to waste - remember they didn't know how to put fresh bagels in the freezer so they'll keep a while longer.

Does Phil go to Midnight Mass like a good authentic italian catholic on Chrimbo Eve? No I'm sure he just gives thanks and praise in performing his own miracles by turning all the water and energy drinks around the house into gin.

A clip from Phils stream defending Wingsofredemption asking for money for surgery, but also him trying to justify that you can't call him a thief or a scammer for getting money from people and not give anything back!

As far as i know what he did was illegal, he promised that he was going to do something in return for payment and he never did and when people asked for money in return he claimed that it was impossible to do, despite later proving that it wasn't!

There were atleast 2 people that gave him max ammount on Patreon so that they could appear on P7 in some way, they did it for several months, both giving over $200-300 each!
Phil repeatedly promised to deliver a P7 trailer, but every time it was close to deadline he made up the excuse he had no time and had to postpone for more months and he did it for a entire year!

He did not lower his Patreon goal until later when he noticed he would not get the set amount and he would lower it several times more after that!
