My take on this situation it's the generation. From about the mid-60's to the end of the 70's and maybe a little later, Along side the generic 'open your mind' dope smoking hippies were hardcore commie loving marxist hippies. The 'open your mind' hippies died out by the mid-70's. The progressive-marxist ones hung in there, updated their look, and kept in there to the 80's. Anyway this maxist loving generation are now in power anywhere that the default leadership is by seniority. This applies to many religious institutions. If you were 20 in 1975, you are 60 now. They are on the board of directors and top executives in many corporations (not necessarily the rock stars, but filler by default). They are on schoolboards, etc.

They empower the current progressive younger generation who have all the visibility, but what you see now in terms of the circus is really from the older generation of marxist/progressives empowering them. They stay lowkey so you don't realize who is really responisble for modern clownworld. For example, #metoo, sjw's, etc.s are symptoms and not the cause.

It will take another 5-10 years for them to start waning power and of course they entretched like minded people in their place, so it may take longer.

Amazing. I play FGO on and off and I wouldn't call myself an expert or anything but anyone who has played the game for more than 10 minutes knows that's a stupid tweet. For those who don't know (and bless you for not knowing), the game starts with your companion being given the Shielder class, and everyone going "what the fuck is a Shielder, nobody's ever had that class before" - and nobody else has gotten it since.

That being said, I'm sure it's just that some PR person never actually played the game and probably just looked up a thread or two on reddit to get the term "10-roll" and a vague understanding of how the game works.
