Can't imagine why anybody would put this much effort and mental energy into defending a literal huckster. Get the feeling Heaving is a scorned ex-KFer with a massive grudge and too much spare change.
Let's look at the facts.

He throws money at Phil to get attention from Phil. He trolls Phil to get attention from Phil's trolls. He defends Phil's chat to get attention from Phil's chat. He challenges kiwi farms to get attention from kiwi farms.

It's all a gay little game. Look at how he subtly calls Papavera the most beta bitch user in Phil's chat. He's trolling. Dox him and he'll use it to get attention. Don't dox him and he will use that to get attention.

He's just an attention whore. No, that can't be right. Whores get paid. He's an attention John. He pays money to get attention like a John pays a prostitute for sex.

It's just like during the doxing of Phil's forum Amityville begged to be doxed which immediately took his name off the list. Anybody who wants to be doxed for attention most likely doesn't have anything interesting going on. Sure as hell won't be a 42 year old brony paying to walk a 37 year old though a children's game.

never heard of dave's fireplace before

$3.99 for a few pieces at fred meyer

i also think he employed kat, his wife, to scam the irs some more.
Kat is the professional chef the business hired to provide catered lunch and dinner to all employees. Which means the food in the house is a business expense as well.
All the streaming services he has/had are business expenses because he watches that stuff to provide content and reviews for the business.
Jasper is the company mascot, and all the food, snacks, litter, etc is a business expense.

he did. he also said he writes off: printer ink, part of his goutmansion (office), games/ consoles/ equipment and his car/gas because he has to go to shops and buy games for the "business".
its really amazing that the irs hasnt fucked him yet.
he probably writes off a lot more. like his air conditioner he "100%" needs to work in his office wihout dying of heat.

Just because everyone is speculating on this and I can speak from experience (for once) on this one:
1) Printer ink, if you use the printer only for work, is deductible
2) You can deduct electric, gas, and other household bills up to the percentage of your property that is your home office. In other words, if your home office is 15% of the area of your home, you can deduct 15% of what you paid for electricity in a year.Same thing with a cell phone and Internet. If it's used strictly for business, you can deduct it. If it's not, it gets complicated based on percentage of time used and usually can't be deducted.
3) Two obvious points: a pro gamer could legally deduct game purchases (I think the car/gas would be pushing it); and saying Khet is an employee when she's not is clearly illegal but pointless because their household income wouldn't change so I don't see why he'd do that.
5) If you believe Phil and the dollar amounts he throws around (haha), he pays an apparently expensive "tax attorney" to do all this shit for him anyway so hopefully that person would have a clue how to file properly.

Thanks for clarifying. That's what i had thought but I wasn't sure.

If you want to write off something partially used for work and partially used for yourself you have to provide convincing evidence of how often you use it for work. He does the following business activities on his phone:
  • reading and posting to Twitter while watching TV downstairs
  • skimming and maybe replying to emails while watching TV downstairs
How exactly do you track the amount of time there? You can't. Since you can't provide any evidence of how much time you spend using the phone for work the only lawful tax approach is to not deduct it at all. Deducting things and not being able to prove it in the event of an inquiry is a massive pain regardless of what tax authority jurisdiction you're under. The idea that he is claiming a $1,000 phone is a business expense is hilarious. The fact that he uses probably less than 100 megabytes of data per month and probably less than 15 minutes per month on his monthly plan and is claiming the entire thing is still a business expense is equally stupid.

listing the number under his business is probably enough to get around it

It is pretty cute how desperate this loser is for attention. some of my favorite dark fans are the ones who clearly go against his wishes and read the farms to bring up trouble. He complains about the farms and what gets done here and yet....he comes here and reads it apparently, very smart....

What are you talking about? He doesn't know about anyone poking the farms. Peepul are saying people have been instigating shit with the farms but he knows nothing about it. *snort* Okay?

All the video games he buys are a business expense, so they are effectively all free
That's not how tax write-offs work. He doesn't get $60 knocked off what he owes for buying a $60 game. This is further complicated by the fact that, if he does claim them as business expenses wholesale then he's fucking himself because he hasn't bought all those games, with all the begging he did this year for store codes.
