This is all because someone put up a dead/now necro'd thread about making 3D facial reconstructions from a single image and happened to choose a picture of her they probably had unwittingly saved on their computer or found online... Really sad. I wonder if the 3D facial reconstruction is transformative?

If so, does it mean that pictures like the following are A-OK?
Edit: Grammar.

Inevitably she will be reading this whether she responds or not so we really need to unify and send a message as a forum and I think that message is:

Sometimes in life you make mistakes that you can't reverse and when that happens you have to get up wipe yourself off and just take it on the Chin (or Wong or Wang or whatever) like a champ.

Also maybe do a little research on the people you are about to DMCA maybe, approach in a friendly kind of way, offer Null a donation in order to take it down instead of immediately sending a legal threat, he is a pretty reasonable guy if you show him respect. Coming here acting like youre a big scary law professional gives us a bit of a bad taste in our mouth (no pun intended on that one Amelia sorry)
ok I am confused, so are you directly responding to me making an Echoes meme or is this just some general statement at me, lindsay, and everyone here and you so happen to be quoting me because your comment seems to shift tones.

Lindsay is a former Kings County prosecutor who specialized in cases of sexual violence and crimes against children. Prior to joining the Special Victims Bureau, Lindsay handled general violent crimes. She has successfully tried rapes, robberies, assaults, and child abuse cases to jury verdict and has argued matters before the Appellate Division, First Department.

Lindsay graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2011. She completed her B.A. in Political Science at Rutgers College, graduating with Honors in 2007, and was an active member of Sigma Delta Tau as an undergraduate and alum.
Lindsay is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and the Southern District of New York. She has been admitted pro hac vice in California, Washington D.C., and Florida.
She is a member of the Sex and Law Committee of New York City Bar Association and a member of the Cyber Sexual Abuse Task Force.
She is also an adjunct professor in the Administration Justice Department at Salve Regina University in Newport, RI.

Notable Cases She’s Led At the Firm:

August 22, 2018 – Lindsay is lead attorney in our client’s extreme stalking and harassment case (United States of America v. David Waldman). The offender stalked our client for four years after she’d ended their four-month relationship. Lindsay’s expert guidance and collaboration with the Department of Justice led to Waldman’s arrest in June 2018. He pled guilty to one count of cyberstalking on August 22, 2018 and will sentenced in November 2018. (Read full press release from the Department of Justice.)

May 9, 2018 – Our firm represents the stalking victim in United States of America v. Ryan S. Lin. The offender terrorized our client for over a year, including issuing bomb threats in her name. Lindsay is lead attorney on the case and provided excellent criminal case advocacy to our client throughout the investigation and his arrest. In May 2018, Lin pled guilty to 25 counts offenses related to his campaign of terror. He will be sentenced in September 2018. (Read full press release from the Department of Justice.)

August 11, 2017 – Lindsay successfully completed a complex and painstaking negotiation to transfer the copyright of commercial material to our client who had been the target of vicious online harassment for over five years due to the material’s widespread distribution. The transfer was a major step in giving our client control over her reputation.

She's the one who negotiated the purchase of the sluts porn video.

Have to give Goldberg PLLC credit. Had they not decided to DMCA takedown a photo which was no one identified as her in a pointless thread, I wouldn't have bothered scouring the internet to find all 3 of her videos (and by find I mean in 5 minutes, 2 of them on one site and the last somewhere else). One of them has even been up for the past 4 years, how are you guys this bad at this?

Kiwi has found its nemesis! I look forward to welcoming our new members soon!

Does she do anal

There was no anal and the three videos are awful. The videos are very easily found, and not only on tube sites.

Clearly the only thing she had in her head was "FUCK YOU DAD!", unlike the typical working girl who probably would think about the $200 (or whatever) pay, while dying inside and hoping for it to end soon. Ah, to be a spoiled NY trust fund girl! This case is really interesting. Thanks to Lindsay for bringing this to our attention.

"It was then that Mayli said she will never do an extreme scene again. Welcome to the Downward Spiral Mayli! "

She did at least two more, and I guess she missed the warning.

Why is everyone on their side so dumb. If they had read the other DMCAs here it was obvious what was going to happen. This is why you don’t hire someone that doesn’t understand the internet to do something internet involved. This is clearly not a takedown situation.

If you’re reading this KW, PM me $$$ and I’ll tell you what you should be doing instead. I’m a pro.

I just watched that video (I've never seen a "Facial Abuse" flick before) and all I have to say is:

JESUS.FUCKING.CHRIST.

I can understand the entire "fuck you Dad" thing, I can understand kinks, but why in the fucking hell would she choose that particular porno to star in? Either she is/was into some freaky wild shit or she did negative, not even zero, NEGATIVE research into who she was about to sign her body up with. I've seen similar styles of video like "Bryan Gozzling" does this shit called "Hook up hotshots" which has alot of the similar spitting slapping and choking etc etc, only difference is that Bryan gives his models breaks there are safety words and he has scores and scores of safety measures (that are all edited out in in and taken care of in post), that shit she was in had almost zero editing, which means she didn't take a break, I honestly don't think she could make the claim that she signed up with this particular group through sheer naivety, looking through their catalogue every scene is like this so I can't imagine how she would think it would be any different. What in the actual fuck was she thinking? Has she ever released a statement regarding this and how or why she chose "Facial Abuse"

Why indeed? The videos are not only poorly made, they are extremely distasteful and just nasty. Even the site names are/were.

C.A Goldberg PLLC and Lindsay Lieberman Esq does offer the service "Expose that MOFO." I wonder how many times that MOFO turns out to be their client? If you have done something embarrassing why not call Lindsay today, and she will make it worse for just 400$ an hour.

If this DMCA is what Lindsay demands $400/hour for, then perhaps she is the real MOFO?

One of the sites that makes and sells these videos was recently crushed by the courts because they were committing fraud against the participants by not disclosing what they would be subjected to and also not disclosing that the videos were being resold online. I think it was Girls Do Porn or Exploited College Girls. One of the two.

What I'm saying is that there are two scenarios: One is that this was totally legal and this Lindsay woman is a complete retard. This was all in the contract in explicit language and she also didn't refuse during the shoot (they usually don't sell refusals, though the prior mentioned studio did sell them and got fucked for it). The second scenario is that it was illegal, but she doesn't want to go through the labor of taking them to court and this was easier (since then she'd be permanently known as "the woman who sued about her porno tape").

This girl really is the gift that keeps on giving. I can remember being in hysterics when I first discovered her on /pol/ years ago and I still get a kick out of it whenever a stealth thread about her pops up on /tv/. Everything about this situation just further elevates her despite their best efforts.
The fact they actually claimed the "offending" image violates DMCA is funny enough but can you fucking imagine buying the rights to your daughter's porno, the one she did for no other reason than to spite you, and then embarking on a futile campaign to get it off the internet so your poor wittle girl won't be plagued by its existence anymore? Can you fucking imagine? Now that is the ultimate and final cuck right there. Absolutely priceless.

What I'm saying is that there are two scenarios: One is that this was totally legal and this Lindsay woman is a complete exceptional individual.
Out of those two sites I know exploited college girls was sued, they are one of the more tasteful amateur sites on the market, the girl that sued claimed that she hadn't agreed to participating in anal penetration in the contract but in the video she clearly can be seen consenting to it during the act. I'm not sure about that other site.

on further examination it would appear she signed up with another one of the affiliated sites of "Facial Abuse" which was faaaar more tasteful, I think the guys running it probably got her to sign up for the initial shoot, she probably figured at the end

"hey that wasn't so bad"

and the guys give her the fast pitch for their other site once the first shoot is over while her adrenaline is still pumping

"hey we have another site, kinda like this one, a liiitle more hardcore, but still just like this one, wanna sign up now?"

Slide her the paperwork

"Same kinda stuff just a little rougher"

Why indeed? The videos are not only poorly made, they are extremely distasteful and just nasty. Even the site names are/were.
Agreed. Extremely distasteful, I don't even think this would classify as BDSM it seems edging closer to the paraphilia side of things, she is obviously not enjoying herself at all and the guys involved seem to think it's funny, she can even be heard several times saying "ouch" and several times she appears to have the guy ease up a bit, but they keep giving her directions mid scene, that isn't how professionals do it, if someone needs direction typically you do a hard cut, reposition, give direction some water (if needed) get the guy hard again and resume and the viewer is none the wiser, this vid is sloppy and kinda gross, Also, that black couch is in alot of their scenes (across multiple sites).

bro imagine how many times that thing was actually washed, it makes my fucking skin crawl.
