One of the sites that makes and sells these videos was recently crushed by the courts because they were committing fraud against the participants by not disclosing what they would be subjected to and also not disclosing that the videos were being resold online. I think it was Girls Do Porn or Exploited College Girls. One of the two.

What I'm saying is that there are two scenarios: One is that this was totally legal and this Lindsay woman is a complete retard. This was all in the contract in explicit language and she also didn't refuse during the shoot (they usually don't sell refusals, though the prior mentioned studio did sell them and got fucked for it). The second scenario is that it was illegal, but she doesn't want to go through the labor of taking them to court and this was easier (since then she'd be permanently known as "the woman who sued about her porno tape").

Extremely distasteful, I don't even think this would classify as BDSM it seems edging closer to the paraphilia side of things, she is obviously not enjoying herself at all and the guys involved seem to think it's funny, she can even be heard several times saying "ouch" and several times she appears to have the guy ease up a bit, but they keep giving her directions mid scene, that isn't how professionals do it, if someone needs direction typically you do a hard cut, reposition, give direction some water (if needed) get the guy hard again and resume and the viewer is none the wiser, this vid is sloppy and kinda gross, Also, that black couch is in alot of their scenes (across multiple sites).
