Prior to joining the Special Victims Bureau, Lindsay handled general violent crimes. Notable Cases She’s Led At the Firm:
August 22, 2018 – Lindsay is lead attorney in our client’s extreme stalking and harassment case (United States of America v. David Waldman). The offender stalked our client for four years after she’d ended their four-month relationship. Lindsay’s expert guidance and collaboration with the Department of Justice led to Waldman’s arrest in June 2018. He pled guilty to one count of cyberstalking on August 22, 2018 and will sentenced in November 2018. (

May 9, 2018 – Our firm represents the stalking victim in United States of America v. Ryan S. Lin. The offender terrorized our client for over a year, including
issuing bomb threats in her name. Lindsay is lead attorney on the case and provided excellent criminal case advocacy to our client throughout the investigation and
his arrest. In May 2018, Lin pled guilty to 25 counts offenses related to his campaign of terror. He will be sentenced in September 2018. (

August 11, 2017 – Lindsay successfully completed a complex and painstaking negotiation to transfer the copyright of commercial material to our client who had been the target of vicious online harassment for over five years due to the material’s widespread distribution. The transfer was a major step in giving our client control over her reputation.
