The person who the dodgy lawyers at C.A. Goldberg refer to as 'K.E.' appears to be 'Kate Copeland', a singer-songwriter type (her full name is 'Kate Copeland Ettinger.).

The person referred to as 'C.G.' appears to be 'Chanel Christian Gray', an American model. She seems to have had the common sense to stop wasting money on having these shysters send out fraudulent DMCAs.
The person referred to as 'C.O.' appears to be 'Courtney Christina O'Connell', some sort of 'fitness model'. Allegedly, pictures of her may be available here:

The person referred to as 'H.O.' appears to be 'Holly Owens'. Owens appears to have moved on from the idiots at C.A. Goldberg, presumably they cost too much, and has instead used a small LA law firm and then moved on to submitting them herself.
Her self-authored DMCA submissions are charming.

In some cases, they may have attempted to conceal names even further. They appear to have acted on behalf of Rosario Dawson in 2017 to attempt to hide nude photographs of herself that she sent to someone else who published them.
The person referred to as 'S.P.' appears to be 'Stevi Perry', described on some websites as "an American TV host and beauty queen who was crowned Miss Teen USA 2008."

'R.H.' is, but the DMCA submissions on her behalf demonstrate how lazy these lawyers are.. one describes the images as
Two self shot images. One depicts woman in shirt reading "sooner boomer". The other is topless. Both images are distributed without the consent of rights holder.

Only one of these could be right.
On behalf of 'M.B.', they submitted complaints about
two videos which sites described as 'Connecticut girl strips and bates'. The DMCA complaints claim "Videos have never been authorized for distribution"- despite the fact that they were clearly only ever available to be uploaded because they were deliberately distributed by Ms. M.B. as she was camming.
EDIT: The oddest DMCA notice I saw in there was
one filed in early 2018, on behalf of a 'Felicia Giunta', to remove the 'COVERGIRL' tag page from a web Instagram viewer, and a couple images from the Instagram CDN (probably cached images that were showing up in Google image search). Now, I can't find any Felicia Giuntas modelling for Covergirl makeup, so a quick web search leaves the Maxim 'covergirl' competition as the likely subject. Unfortunately, that site (maximcovergirl.com) is down at the moment.
There seem to be a couple Felicia Giuntas floating round in NY, and while both of them are more attractive than the
busted-ass hos that they would be competing against, one of them appears to be a
school teacher and probably smart enough to realize that her students would 'enjoy' her being on the cover of Maxim a little too much. The other is a former professional (real, not pole) dancer who, from what I can see on various search engine caches, seems to have
run in the latest 'covergirl' competition, and even
linked it from her Instagram for a time.
So what gives? Did dancing Felicia run in 2017, not win, get mad, and purge her Instagram pictures promoting her entry from Google- then run again in 2019 (and lose again)? Did someone 'enter' one of the Felicias without her consent in 2017, leading her to spend hundreds of dollars getting Instagram pictures purged from Google, before dancing Felicia entered in 2019? Did teaching Felicia run in 2017, get cold feet, spend hundreds of dollars getting the photos purged from Google, before dancing Felicia entered in 2019? Did dancing Felicia enter both years but get sabotaged the first time by teaching Felicia at great expense because her students were using that entry to make fun of her? So many questions.
