I had met some people in the industry and even the low-tier shit sites have basic due diligence for age. It was a few weeks of emails, phone calls, sharing photos and reviewing the company's work to make sure I understood what would be expected of me before I was even offered an audition. I decided not to go with it because everyone had AIDs and I didn't want AIDs.

Sure, porn is skeezy, but the US is a big place and there's less and less of a need to do the illegal shit that gets you thrown in jail when "barely legal" requires a modicum of due diligence and removes most legal liability. Anyone who claims they were taken advantage of by big bad porn producers is almost certainly a filthy lying whore.

Think about how many better ways they had to do this. "Kelly Wang" is not exactly a unique name to begin with. SEO, as someone mentioned, could have buried it fine. DMCA the big players- Pornhub, etc because they're big businesses that won't give a shit about losing a video over a legit copyright issue. Name change, not a bad idea. Lock down social media (unless she's a tard, which she must be) and wait a few years. Some people will still know, of course, but you can never stop that. Agree with all of this. I’d also add that aside from the big companies, a polite email explaining why you want something removed will get your content hidden or taken down 90% of the time, especially if it’s something old. The other 10% of the time you will just be ignored. A DMCA should never be the first action for these situations.

If you worked for one of the major gay porn companies they do use pass so it would be the same as straight porn talent. Lesser known companies generally know when they book a performer if he is HIV positive or not. Talent are made aware when booked. If not then, the content provider, director or producer will disclose it.. As a last "safety measure" the two performers will exchange tests or make the other aware if they just contracted the virus recently. Then the non HIV performer is given the option to still shoot the scene wearing a condom (Prep is now widely used to reduce the risk to almost non existent). Non disclosure of a + status would be a career killer. Don't get me wrong I think you made the right choice but even though there is a high percentage of talent who are carriers they are very careful not to infect those who are still clean. 99 out of a 100 times the performer contracted the virus off set.

In most cases you'd be on point but GDP is not your typical smut peddler. They were considered an amatuer site and took advantage of that. It looks like her maiden name is Sacheen Carr-Ellis, and she married Gavin Roger Nathan in Massachusetts around 2010-2011. Her DOB is 1973-04-02, Gavin's is 1974-12-15. They are both registered to vote at 1200 West Ave, Apt 1411, Miami Beach, Florida 33139. They look to have formerly lived at #503 210-216 Lincoln St, Boston, Massachusetts 02111, but she is no longer listed on the Boston U website, and that property is presently on the market (though she is still registered to vote under that address in Massachusetts as well- note that 'double registration' is not a crime while double voting may be).
