I'm fairly sure the bigger, more mainstream sites like Pornhub will pull videos if they get a legal complaint, but you're absolutely right in saying that it's an uphill battle, even with sympathic sites. Sending the occasional copypaste legalese threatmail to a half-dozen porn sites with millions of viewers seems like a cheaper and more effective way of keeping this on the down low than paying some lawfirm to use a scattershot approach of bombarding the Internet with half-baked and counter-productive automated DMCA takedown notices.
There’s no way to memoryhole something this high profile, especially when it involves porn.

Absolutely. The best you can hope for is to quietly damage control the spread of the video itself using some clever and subtle means, and to avoid drawing further attention to the juicy backstory and hope interest dries up and it becomes just the umpteenth smut film on the web. And it seems they're achieving the opposite.

It's such an obscure DMCA. It's not a big thread, she's not a lolcow (yet?), the thread is a dead one from back in August, months ago. If they never sent the DMCA and had Null never thrown it up on the front page, I/We would have never known about this chick and her porn. Streisand effect in full.

Edit: Her real name is actually Kelly Baltazar, father is Kevin Baltazar, VP for G-S. Five days after turning 18, she goes on Facial Abuse and pukes on camera for $200, ends up going for 2 more scenes, Sperm Suckers and Your Next Door Whore, so a mega re.tard. She then goes to Georgetown University is expelled her freshmen year for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute [Here]. Now she has gone full Asian, taken her mother's last name and is probably using her Chinese name to get by working in an Art Museum.

All in all, dumbfuck blows brilliant life opportunities just to get back at daddy, definitely still relies on his money to cover her ass.

Inevitably she will be reading this whether she responds or not so we really need to unify and send a message as a forum and I think that message is:

Sometimes in life you make mistakes that you can't reverse and when that happens you have to get up wipe yourself off and just take it on the Chin (or Wong or Wang or whatever) like a champ.

Also maybe do a little research on the people you are about to DMCA maybe, approach in a friendly kind of way, offer Null a donation in order to take it down instead of immediately sending a legal threat, he is a pretty reasonable guy if you show him respect. Coming here acting like youre a big scary law professional gives us a bit of a bad taste in our mouth (no pun intended on that one Amelia sorry)
