Fying dumb/desperate women out for modeling work or even a more vanilla porn shoot and not paying them/paying to fly them back till they've done way more than they initially agreed to is a pretty common practice in the industry. Money is the leverage pornographers have over performers, and they use it to get the footage they want.
this is true, they try to pick women who can't afford to get back home without the $$ from the shoot, and in those cases it is human trafficking. I don't think this applies to KW, but I am also sure that the facial abuse people are scum.

If I was a millionaire banker who wanted this video nuked off of the internet, I would just find a way to fudge the girls date of birth by six days. Then this would technically be child pornography and you could get rid of it forever.

✡ ✡ ✡ Goldberg Law✡ ✡ ✡ is the final boss for the kiwifarms. I could not imagine a more perfect adversary.

I wonder who that client could be...maybe a certain vice president of Goldman Sachs

Her twitter https://twitter.com/lindsayl908

Why do all these twitter feminist name their movements "#(pound) me too", or "its on us". They sound like porno titles.

This is the lawyer some hack jew Hollywood writer would make up for a Sex in the City episode. 10/10 for lolz. Sadly a very average 5/10 for looks due to lack of Big Khazar Milkers. They could have really helped her score. It doesn't look like any of the other hooknoses in the firm have em either except maybe that old broad.

So, since this astute law firm has been brought to the public's attention for their hard work against cyberbullying and stuff, I'd be interested to see what they've found to help avenge Alec Holowka's cyberbullying by Chunky VanChunker that led to his suicide. Imagine how world renowned they'd be after tackling a case like that.

Wait this is a real website? I thought this was some sort of trolljob that some KF member wrote up as a joke.

This is what they're going with to find clients?

I'm surprised also, but maybe for slightly different reasons.

I once read an article discussing why most teddy bears on the market have infantile proportions (big heads, short limbs). It turns out that these proportions are not especially favored by children, who like realistically proportioned bear dolls just as well. Those proportions are meant to appeal to the parents, who are the ones making the buying decisions in that market.

The principle is extendable to other markets: Appeal to the actual punters, not necessarily to the end users.

In this case, the law firm's ad looks like it appeals to the improvident chicks who became immortalized as cocksucking bimbos. The casual obscenity, informal tone, and promise of simultaneous revenge and cash would exactly appeal to these types.

However, these women rarely have the money to fund this sort of thing. They're generally going to Daddy for the cash, and I'd think fathers would find a different approach more appealing. What Daddy wants isn't brashness and outrage, but quiet competence and the promise that this nonsense can be made to go away with a discreet application of money and leverage. A website that appealed to Daddy would look and read nothing like this one.

So what's happening? Are these lawyers really bad at marketing themselves? Do Daddy's girls exert more influence over the choice of a law firm than infants do over their toys? I'm not sure, but they've made an interesting choice here.

I think they're marketing themselves to the type of daddy's girl that believes she doesn't need daddy to take care of her problems or the ones that think they can cover their tracks before the video or photos get out. As you have said, this isn't a good way to go about that and these people know it.

I'd honestly say this is borderline predatory with what their doing, knowing full well that screeching "Take that off the internet now! Now! NOW!", won't work but have the opposite effect, but these people are usually all scummy so fuck 'em.

Oh, it's definitely scummy, but a solid business tactic. Just think of how many billable hours of work they gain out of this. They now can charge for the person who has to go and redo the takedown notice, and go through this thread to find new reasons to file. Hell this thread being up has probably gained them several thousand dollars in new work.

They do seem to market to incredibly stupid people, the kind who are completely unaware of Streisand effect and think taking loads to the face in a way guaranteed to be immortalized forever is a good way to make their dad mad and won't have any future consequences.

And that would make sense, if that target market had money. I don't think they do.

This is the same nutball lawyer that represented Renee Bracey Sherman.

Apparently Encyclopedia Dramatica took down the article though (talk page is still up though), so maybe she won?

There's still the review up though:

>have to go to court
>arrive
>see these guys waiting for you
>what do?

It just dawned on me how similar Carrie is to another narcissistic NY cunt* named Carrie. And look it's almost the same pose.

*I'm only using the totally professional language of C.A. Goldberg, PLLC, which I personally find rather offensive. I assume this is how they want to be addressed.
