Belated Christmas greetings fellow kiwis, the festive season is a busy one and with how slow its been recently I doubt I missed too much. It still gives me the giggles at how much lawtwitter has decided to ignore the recent transcript after scrambling hard for earlier ones to pick out anything that made Vic look bad. I'm still very curious as to what could have possibly been said that not even the champions of mental gymnastics could spin even the slightest out of context quote to their favor.

Honestly I will admit that if even half of what Ty said is accurate(which I believe it most likely is), then the judge was probably more hostile towards lemonfreak(for obvious reasons), and they already praised Chupp so.....

One thing I remember was Lemony saying he wanted the GFM amount in fees/sanctions, and Chupp forcing him to admit he’d charge Ronica that amount if he can’t get it.

I do recall some twitter person trying to make the pause of lemongasp as some sort of "emphasis" instead of what it probably was(thinking oh fuck me I think I know where this is going).

Hmm... Trying to hide assets in a GFM. That seems more fraught with risk for no reason. I mean, you buy gift cards with cash at the grocery store, use a VPN to disguise your identity just to... Avoid your creditors? Why not just use the gift cards?

The idea has novelty but as a successful strategy, not sure.

Eh, the sanctions hearing was probably our equivalent of the TCPA hearing. Where all the build up got crushed underneath a judges heavy handed swipe at justice. Now they have to watch Chupp steamroll Lemoine and somehow say with a cherry face, "he was right about the TCPA!"

As described, the best part of that won't be in the transcript. The pause between Chupp asking him that and him meekly answering, as he desperately contemplated ways to slither out of it.

My first instinct was that it was just someone using their names but in serving thought I don’t think anyone World 1) waste $100 to make a joke and 2) That anyone cares enough who they are to use their names. So it’s probably then, but the fact that Faisal supposedly single handedly bailed AWA or if it’s financial troubles and yet he could only donate $100 between the two of them is kinda hilarious.
Also kinda adds fuel to the fire about his motive for submitting what was supposedly an unsolicited affidavit... I.Smell.Malice.

Hope you kiwis and fiwis had a good Christmas, but I want another hearing for fees and sanction, just for Chupp to award an even lower amount to Lemwah that Vic has to pay and more for the NoMoneyCunts.

Then they sent it to the appeals court
And now they're demanding he re-do it.

All in the course of like what, a week or two? During the holiday season, so some people were getting overtime for this shit?
