Inactive Richard "Lowtax" Kyanka - Deadbeat (emphasis on "Dead") founder of Something Awful, forced out of his own community, on his second divorce, stuck his dick in crazy, "Birth Giver"

Isn't the military forced to pay for troon surgeries/the myriad of "medical treatments" accompanying them now?

Not the US military. Only if you did 20 years or got a full medical discharge, and only if deemed completely absolutely medically necessary; and maybe not even then since its basically cosmetic surgery and not related to a service-related injury. And even then, only technically, as you'd need to navigate the horrors that is the VA system.
I believe trooning out is covered under NHS.

I absolutely believe the screenshot is real. What I have a harder time buying is that LowT actually is fighting for or wants custody of his small child because that would take much more effort to do than he's willing to put in and would interfere with his ability to simply get shitfaced at 7 am every day to make whacky zany videos for the internet. Let alone his no doubt severe, crippling spinal problems.

Perhaps he is fighting for custody as a bargaining chip in regards to alimony payments? I have no idea about divorces, so I don't know if this would work.

This is a guy that capitalizes on being a "good dad" on Livestreams. He's not going to give up his last remaining cash cow. I can also imagine someone like him using his kids to get bonus points with gullible internet women who think he's a loving, dedicated dad until he can't hide the pill and barefoot addiction anymore.

E: or overhears him telling one of the kids to get fucked

Is it possible for a divorce court to order follicle testing, or drug testing at all, of one parent on the accusation of the other parent?

It is but it's common for people in hostile divorces to make unfounded accusations about each other so if the fitness to parent of one party is raised as an issue, the fitness of both is often investigated.

If the drugs Lowtax is taking are prescribed for him, all a drug test would establish is whether or not he's taking illegal drugs.

Yes they can. some states have limitations on what types of drug tests they can use (like urine testing only). It can also happen in the context of a custody evaluation, in that case it isn't ordered by the judge directly.

I mean, I'm sure this varies massively state to state or whatever, but even with legal, abusable drugs, when I had a case and a parent was abusing drugs it's a pretty simple issue to go "yeah let's count the remaining pills then, you re-upped this bottle for 30 pills 7 days ago and now have 3 remaining...."

You can also test blood concentrations but obviously this depends hugely on what the specific med is.

He told more about the ordeal, his ex-wife actually helped his new wife pack up and go to the shelter.

God bless ChinkWife for being adult enough to put behind the fact that Lowtax had been telling MapleWife how nasty and mean she was, to help her when she also had to learn the real truth of the situation. Probably is also because Eldest is involved in this hot mess too. But still, I hope she's also helping Ashlii to put all her ducks in a row, hopefully she's working on filing stuff while Lowtax is too busy pill popping.

Man I hope she brings up Shmorky during the divorce. Like this fucking goober exposed my children to a pedophile in a yarn wig your honor so I would like as many free products and services to help sooth my childrens critical amounts of emotional damage.

Also don't let degenerates around your preggers spouse like you have a habit of doing.
