Judge did the final verdict.

Lemonfurher and MoRon freaked the fuck out because Chupp got Lemonfurher to agree to bill them $280,000 then gave them $105,000.

Lemonfurher's firm seems to have taken him off the primary role in the case, first having their Appeals specialist take center stage, and now having basically Lemonfurher's understudy take over.

Lemonfurher (or his firm, I forget) first demanded Chupp explain himself

Chupp ignored them.

Lemonfurher's firm then appealed Chupp's fees awards.

CoA is going to take it, but it'll be a while.

Lemonfurher's understudy then, the day after Christmas, demanded Chupp re-do the fee/sanctions, sperging the fuck out about Nick, The GFM, Vic's legal team introducing Ron's own words into the records, etc. This includes him demanding the court award him money for fighting the appeal... before they fight the appeal.

In short: Either MoRon or WickPhillips have freaked the fuck out now that they realized that lawsuits cost money, a lot of money, and all the theories about Vic's Go Fund Me being stolen to pay their bills disappeared into the ether.

Yes, but she's also a fanatical Clintonite, so whatever cause that end of the political left is into, she promotes. Whoever they deem 'on the outs' or chooses to act as the current year scapegoat, she attacks. She has been doing that since the day she was enthroned as one of Bill and Hill's mouthpieces wayyyyy back in days of old when her career was young.

As much as Oprah says she supports the black community you know she won't say a peep about the Clinton foundation and their disgusting handling of Haiti.

And then there's her own handling of her so called "school" in Africa, her abandoned attempt at starting her own cult/religon ... all Clinton Foundation connected as well. Lots of skeletons in that woman's gold plated closet.

Yes, for purposes of counting the number of days, but if the deadline actually falls on one, it is deemed as falling on the next day. TRCP 4. And if it is filed electronically after the close of business, it is deemed as filed on that day. So they filed it at the last minute, not too late.

If they really thought they were just going to steal the GFM, they should get a refund from law school, which apparently failed to teach them about the concept of "trusts."

Specifically, the residuary beneficiary of this trust is that Salvation Army shelter. Wick Phillips is literally trying to steal money from abused women.

Considering that business schools regularly hand out masters degrees and colleges hand out doctorates in capitalist economics... taught by people that are socialist/communists... I don't find lawyers being educated by legal illiterates a concept thats hard to swallow. I can easily believe there are many that deserve a refund. Law Twitter is full of them.

Also the reason why the "victims" got involved with that documentary was because they lost a major lawsuit with MJ's estate. It wasn't about showing how much of a monster MJ was, but for profit. They wanted millions of dollars knowing the fact they committed perjury. Wade Robeson in particular lost his fame because he couldn't keep his dick in his pants. He was in a relationship with Brandi Jackson (one of MJ's nieces) and ended up cheating on her with Britney Spears along with several other female celebrities. Because of that he wasn't able to get many connections in Hollywood and begged to have connections with the Jackson family even after MJ's death.

It infuriates me how in both Vic's and MJ's situation, these people make light of sexual abuse and use these kinds of allegations as a means to ruin their lives. Like when the usual KV crowd says shit like how Vic openly groomed teenage girls and forced them into sexual situations; it doesn't make any sense. And when others ask for proof, they never deliver. I honestly think the random con-goers who accused Vic of this have probably never been through any sort of sexual harassment or abuse in their lives. They don't give a fuck about actual victims and give a free pass to actual predators/abusers because they're on their side.

It's almost as if two lawyers who understood the relevant law, one of whom specializes in protecting large assets, set it up this way intentionally.
