I guess if you downed both bottles you could maybe repress your breathing enough to die, normally if you have a script like that your body would be used to those chems thou. They claim xanax and opiates are really dangerous together but i really think you also need to add alcohol to that mix to get deadly

Yeah most likely. If he was taking them properly and not abusing them beforehand, he might not have the tolerance to handle the full bottles of each all at once. His body would have grown accustomed to them but the full scripts might be enough to stop his breathing if he was alone and no one was there to call the paramedics to revive him, you know, depending on the amount he got each month.

A bottle of booze added to the mix might have been enough to send them over the edge.

This is a very morbid conversation btw. I didn't know of this person but hearing about their situation after the fact is sad. Shame it turned out like that.

I know I'm a pessimistic person but in all honesty nothing's going to stop them. It's like talking someone out of suicide, they're just going to do it another time.
