Even as a leftist I never quite grasped why one absolutely horrible mass murderer was acceptable to joke about (Stalin) but if you joked about Hitler you were literally a Nazi. Why? How is that a thing? They both did absolutely atrocious things for vile ideologies that can't ever be allowed to be in power again.

I should emphasize I'm talking about normie society here, I think it's perfectly okay to joke about both Hitler and Stalin.

I can't even identify an admin or mod on the site that's not suffering from some combination of under/unemployment, mental illness and substance abuse. Burt Sexual maybe, but I doubt it.

It's ok to joke about everything. Keeps things in perspective and helps one cope. So if anything, we should joke about mass murderers more than anything else.

It isn't ok to joke about Stalin if you've spent a bunch of time defending him on a comedy website because you would like "real" communism to come to the USA, which will totally work this time and you will be part of the ruling elite because you are transgender.

I know you specified "normies" but there is a lot of "normie" support of communism - and by "a lot" I mean more than 0% which is frankly too much.
