I was mocking them. Either Lemoine let LawTwitter backseat drive the lawsuit and he only listened to his favorites.

Or Hancock is that smug fucker in the back that claims "I knew it would fail the entire time" despite neither saying it out loud or pointing out the flaws.
didn't we have some proof they did when they asked Vic "Did you get Nick a panel on Anime Matsuri?" and it was some lawtwitter sped spreading that lie out there.

Ironic that they're still running the story of Vic using the legal system to "silence" his victims when he's been the most quiet one these past 11 months. How many Vic tweets can we find where he's calling homeland security on hostile fans, or him wanting someone's head and balls for defaming him, or him arguing with anime fans on why he's right and they're wrong. Nearly everything's been archived, yet they still run the same old story.
If anything, Vic's position has always been he wants it out there in the light. He has demanded proof of Monica's hotel almost-rape story. He's demanding details of Marchi's hair yank story.

He's not burying them with countless motions like Lemwaaah has been doing. He just wants answers. That's not too much to ask right? Why not simply show us the proof that Vic is a battering rapist, and he'll give up. Right?

Well now I'm curious but am unsure how to proceed to find that.

They spent so much money researching Nick and missed that Anime Matsuri interviewed him about his upcoming panel on their YouTube channel.

They also missed the $100 superchat Anime Matsuri sent him on one of his live streams.

I mean Lemonaids missed so many clues for that hearing except the fact Johnson fucked their little fee game over, but by then it was too late. What is really sad is they had all that information in front of them in the filings but Lemonaids thought between him and Volney they could offset what Johnson did.

Man, it's gotta burn so hard for them that Nick just GETS a con panel with zero years in "the industry," and they have to worry if they'll even be invited to sit at a table and sell signatures.

Law Twitter: Why is Nick on a panel, he's not a VA.

There's more Law Twitter panels planned for Consent Con.

It was a smart move (in the long run) on Johnson's part, too: 1. he's getting his regular billing, and 2. he's (so far) the only defense attorney in this shockingly high-profile case who won't come away a pariah.

Dude's coming away smelling like roses, and that rubs off on his client.

I could easily see ISWV and KV types hiring this guy in the future. And the coverage may well be losing Lemwah's and Volney's firms current and future clients.
