Ralph seems to be a lot more consistent recently, he's gone back to being able to plan guests up to weeks in advance, he's got a group of decent callers that hang out in discord that he can bring in for content. Bibble is a really good Cohost that understands the medium. The show is still showing the effects from Zidan leaving but it's getting stronger, and it's got a loyal enough audience that if its kicked off Dlive, they'll probably go with it to another platform.

Rand is a smart, well informed guy, that's also pretty articulate and who has enough of a presence that he's able to cut through on the show. His problem isn't the drinking it's that because he has another source of income he doesn't really seem worried by the threat of getting kicked of Dlive, and what's worse he doesn't seem worried that something he says might get Ralph kicked off.

Also he has the problem that when he does start acting up, Ralph will start preemptively cutting him off, even when he's trying to color within the lines.

I think Ralph realises that Rand brings value to the show, that's why he won't permanently kick him.
