Edit: On an unrelated note, tonight's Minecraft bid-pig was Dylancious, who requested that Phil make a modest shrine dedicated to Papavera for basically running Phil's Minecraft world for him. Phil thinks for a minute, decides it sounds good, and then asks Papavera to start thinking about a design. "You've got a week to think about it!"

Phil expects (and it will be done, of course) Papavera to design and write a walkthrough for his own "thank you" monument. He cannot be bothered to even pretend to think about it.

I know his father got his own name tattooed on himself, but I think even he can see trusting a guy who's riddled with debts while making 80+K a year with his finances isn't what most people would describe as a sound decision. It's just Phil trying to virtue signal, but obviously, when you're Phil, virtue signaling invariably equates to lying.

He also has AVS Video Editor there, which has a free version which can allow simple splicing and commentary which is the most he ever does.

There's also Sony Vegas, which isn't an annual subscription, comes with a good set of options, and has never costed me more than $100. And if/when you want to update, they generally give you a nice discount; it's not free, but it's a fraction of the cost. And you can always research what comes in the update and get it if you want, it's not a subscription service, so no need to worry about shit like that.

There is also black magic davinci resolve for free packed with enough features to film Michael Bay style movies, shotcut and kdenlive. Phil knows about free alternatives for video editing software but then he'd lose his excuse for not doing it.

Shotcut is a free, open source, cross-platform video editor for Windows, Mac and Linux

Shotcut is an open source video editor. I actually use it for my videos, so that's why I remembered it being on his desktop when I took the original screenshot.
It's pretty good, imho, and you can really make some very decent looking videos with it, IF you're willing to take a couple of hours to learn the program. If you already have experience with Adobe Premiere, like DSP has, then you should have no problem at all using Shotcut to make some decent stuff right off the bat, because the basics are like 90% the same.

'I don't have the ability to edit videos' my ass. He just can't be fucked to put some effort into it and would rather use a lie as a lame excuse.

Phil constantly bitches about not having enough spare time to hang out and relax with his wife or to do anything else on his day off because he's BUSY BUSY BUSY all day with errands, but he does have time to slowly waddle around IKEA so he can fulfill his consumer product quota for the day. I'm sure Kat totally loves doing this, it's definitely not a case of Phil dragging her along to do something only he wants to do. Spend that time trying something new together? Don't be ridiculous, there's nothing better than IKEA. Additionally, all the places that Phil goes to (Costco, IKEA, Fred Meyer) are within 4 miles in one direction of his condo, he's not spending much time driving. There's no way this should be an all-day ordeal. It would certainly help if he actually bothered to wake up earlier. He could eat breakfast with Kat (and her son Jasper), get a head start on the shopping, etc.. Nah, too much work, better roll out of bed at noon and do everything as slowly as possible.

I'mma hit you from out of left field. Disgust is most often felt and most often detected by females. There is quite a bit of mainstream psychological backing for this. Now, I'm not saying Dark is a bitch-titted sissy, rather I claim he reflects and magnifies the woman closest to him.

Dark starts out domineering with a need to be right about everything, which may be a reflection of his mother. Moves on to having jugs of gin, drinking at home which could reflect his cousin. Amps up the sarcasm and exhibitionism from the Panda years. And now has become an emotionally volatile , secretive recluse with Khet.

And if it's anything like his threats from his days in the FGC onward, he's going to back down immediately the second someone challenges him on this shit.
