So Michele is a cheating, thieving snake in the grass who wanted revenge at Vic for something she's guilty of also doing. Even after he paid for her apartment after they broke up. Yeah but she's a badass for her "emotionally" distraught email to Vic during his lowest point. You hear that? That's her sympathy level going all the way down to 0

So, after more digging it seems she was purchasing merchandises from her place of business when it was on sale and then returning it herself for a full price refund.
Holy FUCK, what I'd like to know is how many transactions that was, and/or how pricey the merchandise was, for that to be over $5000, if that number is indeed correct!

Her sympathy was at zero a long time ago. At the moment it's at negative 150.

you sure thats illegal?
well good for me that they never got me while i worked in retail while in college.
I mean, thats a very clever scam, totaly new to me.

Lol. Well it was enough of a crime that she was found guilty, ordered to pay back all the money, and put on probation.

From what you're describing, it sounds like she was committing 1st degree retail fraud... Which the punishment could be up to 5 years in prison or a fine of up to $10,000. So yeah... she got off light.

If someone purchases items at a discount and intends to obtain a profit from it by getting a full return rather than the actual amount that was paid for... that is indeed a crime. It's like theft, but in a more roundabout way.

Another, somewhat notable, KVer for the list. Our friend here has been around since all the way back in February of last year, sharing his shit takes and parroting the same info about the hair pulling and so on that we've seen time and time again during 2019.

Some more of his posts here:

He has also shared some of his con experiences involving Vic. But, like many of the stories from the past year so far from other KVers like him, there's zero evidence to back them up. Which means they totally happened.

Notice how in the tweet from February he mentions having finally gotten the chance to meet Vic in one con in 2018 but then in the other tweets from November he mentions having been staffed at a con since 2006 and that he personally knows what kind of person Vic is.

Almost like he's full of shit like all the rest.

If not talking about Vic or cons with his own crowd, you'll also usually see him inserting himself into arguments with ISWV idiots. Most of the time spamming the same image of the Heavy from Team Fortress 2 with the words "Cry Some More" as a form of gotcha to try and trigger some people.

But besides being a good little KV sheep, and an annoying, unfunny pest to boot, the reason for his addition to the doxdex and why you now see him here is due to him sharing a particular image of a female cosplayer flipping off Vic from a distance during a con back in 2016 to rile up some of the ISWV speds while making them think it was him. All to "protect" the original poster and to probably try and get some asspats for being such a good boy.

Since this guy got the bright idea to divert attention to himself, it's only fitting he'd get his own shot at the spotlight, right?

Time for...

As much as I love the scintillating ragging on Specht, I'd love some documents.

I think you said it happened a while back? Any idea on jurisdiction. Case number?

My info comes from a reliable source, though I personally don’t have the documents. I tried to do a little digging to get them but I didn’t really know how to go about it. It was between 6-8 years ago, and would have been in either Glendale or Los Angeles.

It was extremely high end workout apparel I believe.

Thats sounds like Fake news. also what if i used my employee discount too?

you have to @ some smart person...
@AnOminous how can we get those documents?

Let me explain this to you.

If when you bought something, you paid the cashier 2 bucks, then if you return it then you get 2 bucks back. You do not get to ask for 10 bucks back because you did not pay $10, you paid $2.

Michelle had been scamming stores for more money than she actually paid for purchases. What she did was very much a no-no.

And yet Vic helped her. Yes so evil. He must die.

I just wanna state I hate that Sailor Mars bitch. Carry on.
Manjaw's toadie is really irrelevant but damn that bitch needs a doxing already. Fucking Chungus got doxed sooner than that bitch and he's KV's white noise, less important than one of Manjaw's elite toadies/orbiters.

Did this end up in court? If the only documents were with something like the LAPD your luck may be mixed ever seeing them again. They should be subject to a public records request, though California is I believe the most insanely expensive state in the country for this. Normal county court documents are often as much as $0.50 a page.

If nobody went to the cops or court over it, there might be nothing to get.

And she might have got some pretrial diversion that would have ended in expunging any records that did exist.
