let's hear the dish.
I love it when an abuser gets busted. you can tell what kind they are by the reaction; this SCREAMS MbP, and not for "wholesome" reasons (such as actual mental illness or delusions), but for malingering, sadism and delight in attention/narcissism. the worst of the worst.
they're hard to catch, it takes time, but once the alarm is raised there's really strict monitoring. I'll bet every doctor has new forms for her to sign- every damn one will include a consent to film/recording from now on. they'll be watching closely when she's with the kids- how and when they get sick and if they're echoing her words or coming up with their own, if she's coaching them, if they get sicker in her presence.
it's a real pain in the ass, a giant drain of resources to bust these people, but it's worth it, the kids are worth it.
look at the Schofields. it takes time.
edit; I just realized there have already been suspicions voiced to her, which means she's already signed the right to record, they're already amassing evidence. people keep it under wraps until they've got something solid. once in a while a too-sympathetic nurse or younger doc will try to "convince the parent to stop" right before they fuck up enough to get actually caught in the act. it sucks and it sets everything back, but the urge to try and fix these people- it's common, until you've dealt with the aftermath of a case or two. then you stop, and you want them caught faster. they'll never quit on their own.
double edit:
I can't quote the right image for some reason, but @large_farva she also has claimed the girls can't tolerate pain medication.
this is another hallmark. it's what we call pathognomic, an absolute indicator. if the kids don't suffer, there's no payoff emotionally.

relocation is a hallmark sign of MbP in all diagnosed cases.Stalked by a so called friend?
More like people and doctors were on to her.
Hence the sudden move (that they couldn't pay for themselves) to another state.
