Excuse my naivety, long thread. Does Phil drive? I haven't heard of him going many places.
Last time I remember him speaking about actually driving in recent memory is that he drove his wife to work last winter when it snowed badly so that the car wouldn't get buried in multiple feet of snow. Can't find the awkward picture he posted last year.

He gets nervous going ~45 mph and won't drive on highways.

Think he's got a kinda phobia of driving because of an accident he was in that was very serious but he was back in school the next day and a cramp and/or panic attack he had driving on a high way once ~20 years ago.

To answer the other half of your question, no he does not really go anywhere: He stays at home 6 days/week, and on his day off he goes to IKEA, Target, and Fred Meyer (plus restaurants for all three meals), all within like 15 minutes' drive of the WAKhando. To emphasize, the Fred Meyer is only ~half a mile from his condo and he absolutely refuses to walk there or go there any time besides his day off.

Somebody who was more active on this subforum back in mid-2018 is welcome to correct me but despite living ~half an hour from Seattle I don't think he's been to the city proper proper since mid 2018 when he flew Katherine out there for about a week before she moved in.

Thank you. This sheds some insight. Any highway in the Seattle area is going to be laden with traffic, its not the Autobahn. He said he is going to cancel a stream because of the risk of snow... to go where? Seattle area gets very little snowfall, and it turns into slush. He is from New England, a place that actually snows.

Honestly, the best part of watching him continue play their games is how he desperately pretends that he’s not doing it for views.
Every single playthrough of Dark Souls, Bloodborne, or Sekiro (including his “redemption runs) is filled with sheer disdain for From Software, constantly insulting the design of the games, and calling the series’ fans a bunch of dumb masochists. Yet he still pretends to be invested in the new game.
Watch 1:12:0-1:18:0
Calls From Software a bunch of dumb assholes, particularly for the Invasion system, and claims that the original Dark Souls is a buggy piece of shit
Buys Dark Souls 2 day one
Ragequits the DLC of Dark Souls 2, only returning when his viewers spoonfeed him an overpowered weapon to use, calling From Software lazy bums and people who asked for Faith nerfs babies
Buys Bloodborne day one
Ragequits the Old Hunters DLC and accuses From Software of “not caring about their casual fans”
Buys Dark Souls 3 day one
Absolutely loses his shit on Sulyvahn, Friede, and Nameless King, accusing From Software of being lazy amateurs who “never fixes the game’s problems”
Buys Sekiro day one
Loses his shit yet again, saying that the game is only for masochistic fanboys and how the games are still “shit” because of “dumb fanboys”
Oh, and who can forget?
But he’ll still play Elden Ring, or any potential Sekiro DLC, day one, while pretending that “he was always a fan of From Software”
He did quit the original Dark Souls, but only came back after it became popular, yet still acts like he’s an important part of the Dark Souls community
I’d ask myself when I should be distinguishing between Phil “criticizing” something and him “joking around”, but we all know that it’s just about money at the end of the day.

You say that like you're surprised.

Phil has no professional integrity. 95% of his playthrough of Sekiro was complaints. And then he puts Sekiro in his "Top games of 2019" and says that he loved it, particularly after he had "mastered" (lol) the combat system.

His whole chat was laughing at him and saying things like "You hated the game!", or "You lost mods because of that game and now you say you loved it?". He, obviously, did not acknowledge any of that and, if asked, will most likely say that his subs were "very pahsitive" and that "they loved his top games list of 2019". Just like he did with the Jasper scam, in which I remember very clearly that pretty much everyone in his chat complained that he had set a 1k goal to reveal a fucking cat, and now he retcons it saying that everyone loved it and "only a few people who want drama say otherwise".

When I started to learn about the detractor community, I thought the detractors were exaggerating. He couldn't be THAT bad.

But nope, he's much worse than whatever I thought he was.

He said he is moving up his day off so he can go out before it snows, but it doesn't really make sense because there the forecast is for snow showers and up to 2 inches (wow!) of snow on Monday, then maybe more snow showers late in the week. He probably has something else he wants to do on Monday.

Phil said he had 6000 miles on his BMW that he had for ~3 years, and he has to be going out less now than he did in the early Washington days with Leanna. That's under 5 miles per day, which is insane. Shut-in friendless incel NEET losers go out more than that.

Tonight is Derich's birthday.
I bring this up because Phil has spoken to him a few times before reading a cheer from Gay Derich in his chat. He read the name out loud and casually responded to his question.

Curiously, this also happened last night, but it was Gay Vincent. Phil immediately said "Oh Vincent, is that you? I someone impersonating you? They are, I'll ban them."

So Derich is lower on the Phil totem pole than actually insane ban evader Sidella, who Phil goes out of his way to protect for reasons unknown.

Phil is also once again half-focused on the game while he shouts hype train contributions like an auctioneer. Twitch needs to remove this feature, he's insufferable with it.

EDIT: Phil went batshit clownmode for a few seconds when the hype train hit a new level. Someone later asked why he gets more excited for a hype train than any game, and Phil's response was 'Can't you tell I'm joking? He hype train is pretty silly.' But went on to note 'But, people are contributing so it's a good thing.' Does he understand anything about marketing? Are you promoting it or shitting on it? Why does he think he needs to stop the stream to joke? He can make it sound like he thinks it's dumb, but it doesn't change the fact that he is going out of his way to whore it.

EDIT 2: Phil just mentioned that he and Kat were friends before they started dating. Just a heads up, as this is probably going to be his big retcon, seeing as how this detail has never been mentioned before. He effectively verified a lot of her dox with the Drunken Peasants and while there is a lot of crazy in there, Phil has long been outspoken against cheating and cheaters. So the retcon that we're probably going to get to cover that he married a cheater is that he was friends with her until she broke up with Subaru and then they started dating. Totally above board. Just like quitting mobile games.

It's his teenage edgelord mentality peeking out again. He can't unabashedly enjoy something (except wrestling, for some reason?) because he thinks that's not macho and cool. So instead he does the "I mean, it's pretty good, I guess, except that I'm totally joking cause it sucks lol" thing. Same reason he's too pussy to give an opinion on shit that doesn't matter like his favorite lunch meat or whatever.

Edit: Another hype train apparently happened at some point, driven, of course, by 3 whole people totally organically:

orcsrdorks7 cheered [4] times: $41.00 (avg. cheer of $10.25; 18.01% of total)
darksydekris cheered [4] times: $36.95 (avg. cheer of $9.24; 16.23% of total)
sambuca2020 cheered [2] times: $11.00 (avg. cheer of $5.50; 4.83% of total)

Percentages are low b/c of spartanking/m5nsx doing $60 of cheers last night.

Phil loves a good ego stroke. Says he mastered the controls just because he beat the final boss quickly with a guides help then had the gall to brag that he beat it quicker than other streamers.

I think It would’ve been way more convincing if he addressed his moaning and then said he still had fun or some shit idk... Did he mention that the camera was wonky at all?

So is never changing your oil in 3 years because the dealership never contacted you to tell you to do it.

Absolute proof that Phil led a sheltered life right up until he got the CT condo. While I'm not gonna put forth the effort to go through PigPigGo and get the clips; but the talk of the car accident had changed over time. While I'm not going to assign blame; I'm wondering how much of the crash could've been caused by bad car maintenance. Phil already said the car he was driving before he got the beamer was on its last legs, and we can assume the one before that was the one that got totaled. No oil change for the BMW; can only assume bad mechanical or internals from moisture/rust from living in CT, and God knows what gets him to get new tires.

I don't think much if anything of the crash can be attributed to bad maintenance seeing as, IIRC, it happened on the highway, which is unlikely to have any sort of sharp turns (Let alone when, IIRC, it supposedly happened when someone overtook him), so crashing into the side of the road would take a pretty massive mechanical failure to happen on its own, and if that was the case, you can bet Phil would use that as his excuse instead of his flimsy "I had to run myself into the side, dood, or I would have hit that madman !".

Where am I supposed to put the oil!? Look, I'm pressing every button on the dashboard and it isn't working! Congratulations BMW, you made a broken piece of shit car *clap clap clap*

Uh, Wheelchair5000 just tipped me a dollar and said you need to open the bonnet and undo the oil cap. Well genius, I'm looking at the engine right now and there is no oil cap, just one with 710 written on it. Congratulations, you're a moron who just got himself banned from the chat *ack ack ack*
