I remember seeing some people a bit critical of how he described the Farms as simply a community for discussing strange individuals but that's it. I'm still surprised I didn't hear any hubbub about faggot being uncensored in the Wings Down the Rabbit Hole. Maybe it's because it was said by vile incel Null that nobody was bothered by it? Internet Historian is another association I'd expect the usual suspects to take issue with but I've heard nothing on that front either. It might be that they see he's too well liked for a take down campaign to get anywhere.

I think you are up to something here. Fredik has to be the biggest channel that covers real life and Internet oddities and as such he is an important backbone of the community. By it's very nature the genre requires its creators to be as impartial as possible and blend on the content. Is a genre that doesn't need egos unlike commentary.
My best guess it's that Down The Rabbit Hole is a very obvious inspirations for modern video essayists but it doesn't go beyond what makes DTRB so great. There is a reason why even hardcore interseccional feminists have a soft spot for Filthy Frank, you can draw it as the framework for most comedy in YouTube so people retook its original setup and modify it to serve other goals.
Fredrik is a respected creator with a loyal fanbase and a great sense of humor about himself, his collaborations with Internet Historian prove that he can take jokes at his expense and play different roles since he doesn't take himself nearly as seriously as the people he has inspired. Based on the amount of shots IH has taken at Fredrik you would think they aren't in good terms yet he doesn't care because he is amongst the most professional creators on YouTube.
