I’d have fired her if this is how she records. I can understand stumbling slightly if you’re pressed for time or trying to fit lines to graphics, but on this she has none of those constraints.
I can only guess she’s either very drunk or very giddy and excited or both.

I'm not sure that would be terribly interesting, but I think Nick would at least try to switch it up to keep things fresh. A soulless lawyer would somehow be able to put on a more entertaining show than an "actress" who's job it is to entertain. Marvelous.

It's hard to use pseudonyms when people can hear you,
but the issue is bigger. Which company would give their projects to a bunch of nameless newbies?
known names aren't necessarily better, but they are proven and give a sense of security.
Who would you prefer (the lawsuit aside)?
The company which offers Vic and unproven newcomers.
OR
The company which offers a whole set of experienced VA's who already spoke a lot of successful projects?

It doesn't matter how good of a Voice Actor or Voice Director (?) he is,
he will have a hard time to get serious business without serious names to back it up,
and he will have a hard time to get serious names.

As much as I hate to admit it, I agree. It’s a fact that no matter how talented Vic is, if you’re going to choose between a voice actor that just opened a studio versus a million-dollar corporation with dozens of experienced voice actors, you’d obviously pick the latter. That’s not a critique on Vic; that’s just the reality of the business.

Hopefully the reverse is somewhat true as well. With the Funi merger, they will only be interested in the big stuff. Any small stuff and some medium stuff fell off the plate. This would be ideal stuff for an upstart studio. Vic or otherwise.
