Weren't the TCPA motions hundreds of pages, most of which was from PULL? That would have been a good time to show the evidence instead of material from a gossip website.

Even a nut like Tewson acknowledges that trash attached by the defendants to their SLAPP motion was not evidence but irrelevant scandalous garbage.

I'm just incredulous to believe anyone is still expecting evidence from Monica and Jamie. That they have this silver bullet that would destroy Vic.

Somehow Ron made 400 tweets, resisting the urge to share "The Truth" while him and his fiance were "under assault."

Monica claimed that the evidence would be released after the trial. Usually when you get sued that is the best time to lay down your cards.

Then 4 lawyers all looked at this evidence and decided to hold it in reserve. They didn't use it in the TCPA filings.

Monica shrieks "I want the anime community to heal!" She could stop the lawsuit at any time.

Mediation. Again they can stop this at any time

Daniel Fitzpatrick gets called a concern troll by Lemoine for asking where the evidence is.

Now Monica sits with 160k owed to her lawyers. This lawsuit is wrecking her career. Their savings are probably gone. She could end the harassment.

Yet, she continues holding on to it? Does that make sense?
