An extreme tinfoiler referred to this video (which was published around the same time as the accident) on the other farms as evidence Greg set the room up for an accident. I'll leave that, uh, theory aside but I've clipped out the relevant segment of video because it shows the state of the (possible) room likely quite close to the day the fall happened (as it was a thick padded headboard I'm assuming this is the room? however the other room could have changed since the tour). The bedhead is still up under the opening side of the window like in the house tour image upthread. What bothers me about this so much is not only the stupidity of this furniture placement given the young children in the house and the perilous drop outside, but also that Lainey tried to tell the police it wasn't there up under the window, and of course the police, when granted entry to the house, confirmed that it was. She had a baby with a fractured skull and her impulse was to tell authorities there was no bed overlapping where the window was and she couldn't work out how this happened. This bothers me so much.

Even if it was the other bedroom and it was set up differently from what the house tour shows, the police still confirm there was a thick padded headboard under the window to climb on, she still lied.

All this reta.rded debate about Onisions garage is hurting my head. There's not a doubt in my mind that he pushed his daughter out of the window.

He hates women and already abuses his kids. His son is already greatly encouraged to attack Cloey, he must have gotten that somewhere hmmmm. There's nothing he loves more than hurting people he deems weaker than him -- physically and mentally. He is a self admitted sadist and sociopath and thinks he is God.

Motherfucker's tweet is way too specific to be anything less than intentional. He's telling the person in the tweet to stand at the window, show to the world how pathetic they are (hence the recording). And he quite literally destroyed her fucking skull.

I'm almost sad that she survived... Her dying instantly from the fall would have been a huge mercy.

And because of this all coming to light he might even start hurting her MORE.

Edit: I really hope the FBI takes notice of that tweet, if they haven't already. If there were ever attempted homicide charges brought on because of this, that tweet would the the nail in the coffin.

This is just a guess on my part, but I have had heard a lawyer once imply that drug epidemics keep CPS busy and there's a major heroin crisis in the Puget Sound area. It's so bad, you can literally watch people shoot up on the streets of downtown Seattle. I can't help but wonder if this is a major component that's keeping them from really helping the poor shallots. In other areas of the country, it takes far less for CPS to ride your ass.

Damn it, I keep hoping those two fuck-ups do something bad enough that CPS finally says "enough" and steps in, but guessing they might be overworked, if I had to guess. Really hoping him listing the little ones on the legal paperwork against Chris Hansen does result in them getting a Guardian Ad Litem. That might be their saving grace.

He has a vile temper anyway and he's confirmed to be verbally abusive to almost anyone he comes into contact with. The more shit that happens to him and the more he's pushed into the corner, the more likely he is to take it out on the kids (and Lainey but fuck her).

Even decent parents struggle to put on a facade for their children during tough times, that piece of shit would happily unleash all his pent up aggression on his family. I'm genuinely surprised he hasn't been hitting Lainey.

Who's to say he hasn't been? Nobody has seen her for months. (the odd sighting or two really doesn't say anything about what he's doing to her at home.)

I had a pretty lengthy post typed up to explain why CPS hasn't taken any serious action against the Jacksons but I didn't want to derail the thread.

Suffice it to say, the issue with CPS inaction is a system-wide failure (one that needs complete revamp) and most of the time caseworkers have their hands tied as to whether or not the abuse/neglect is severe enough to consider forcibly removing a child from their parent's custody.

Greg is completely self serving, even in the face of his daughter possibly dying. The child is apparently nonverbal and he doesn’t even speak to her...

A baby managing to climb up and fall out of a window you thought was securely closed is very much an accident that could happen to responsible parents.

Filming them on the ground in pain, especially when your job is to document your private life and upload it online for people to watch, however is disgusting, sociopathic behavior.
