I, too, ( and others here) have posed this question before. The answer is most likely "yes". I bet we can chart Sammie's cycle based on her "pregnancies" and "miscarriages".

This is the guy she claims is the dad. He used to live in Arkansas, and he's friends with a few of her old accounts. As long as I've been following Sammie though, I've never seen him interact with her, and outside of tagging him once or twice (Which he has always promptly untagged himself), she's never mentioned him.

Is it known if she has PCOS? They normally give people irregular periods and are most likely to have infertility issues. I'm gonna hop on the IUD train, they probably did sneak one in there.

Both of her children were born with congenital illnesses if I'm not mistaken, and she had a complicated second birth. It's fairly evident that her body is not fit to bear healthy children. That's not to say that she really has miscarried two dozen times, but it wouldn't surprise me if it's happened a time or two.

Also keep in mind that Sammie has unprotected sex with any guy who will give her the time of day, so odds are good she has an untreated STD or two which can also mess with your fertility.

I said upthread somewhere that she probably does have PCOS - I think she believes that she's pregnant every time she has a missed period, one of the hallmarks of PCOS is irregular periods. When the period does hit, sometimes it can be very heavy and painful, so she probably assumes she's miscarried.
I know someone else mentioned her being diagnosed with incompetent cervix which can result in multiple miscarriages if the pregnancy isn't caught early and the cervix basically stitched together or bound to prevent it from opening up early.

Really, though, what makes me vacillate on how angry Sammie makes me is knowing a few things about culture and a bit of armchair psychology. I can't decide whether her constant pregnancy-miscarriage cycle she goes through on social media is just attention seeking or if there's a deeper component to it. For someone who clearly invests all of her value as a person into bearing children I can see either a miscarriage following her second child or the news from a medical professional that told her in no uncertain terms "you will not be able to have another child" to be very devastating for her. The cycle we see and mock so much could very well be emotional compensation via play acting. That wouldn't surprise me considering it doesn't really look like Sammie gets to do much else that'd be enjoyable or distracting.
Also, it's clear she's wrapped up in the still-prevalent-in-rural areas notion that a woman (particularly a mother) needs her a mayun. That's not to say there isn't piles of evidence which support the idea that a child thrives better bring reared by two parents (because there is) but the problem is that a) Sammie's NOTWs are about the farthest thing from a stabilizing influence, and b) when one inevitably takes off she goes immediately hopping onto another one. She can't keep one but she's still under the impression she must have one.
Or she could just be a braindead whore. Or both, I dunno. It'd take a good amount of self-awareness to come to that kind of realization, and we're talking about a woman who copypastes other people's pregnancy announcements to post on Facebook. Who the hell even knows.

Yeah. She claimed she had one a few months after Lucy was born, and her mother confirmed it via Facebook comments, which is the only reason I'm inclined to believe it was real. That was when the incomplete cervix stuff started coming out. I don't know about PCOS- I don't know how that would be diagnosed, but Sammie is always at doctors because of her heart issue and her diabetes. It seems like one of them would have caught onto that?
In Kimberly news... she seems to be back in the hospital for God knows what. And apparently Dalton is currently in the psych ward. Kims mother is in one of these photos, so I hope that means the poor little guy is staying with her

What is it with black people and psychosis? Is it the crack?
White people psychosis seems a lot more like it's either kept hush hush or controlled most of the time, but black people go fucking ape when they're sick and there seems to be a higher rate of it in young black men especially - is there stigma in the black community or something r.e psychiatric medication? (I've only known one black person and he was Bangladeshi, I don't know these things)
