It looks like my bambi cult writeup is missing from the *chan archives or I'm too dumb to find it but I'll dump all the info from my drafts since there seems to be some interest in the topic.

Bambi cult is a sissy hypnosis/blackmail group that largely advertises itself on reddit and 8chan /hypno/ (is this board back? or is it all lost?) through fake testimonials of its users claiming it "ruined their life" "works too well" and "stay away" etc. I'm sure as this thread progresses you guys will run into plenty examples of it so I'll refrain from posting a ton. Their MO seems to be to make their members self-doxx when they are new, and use the threat of calling their boss/wife/??? to keep them roped into the cult. The videos are professionally produced and it is claimed that its creator has a background in psychology, biology, and audio/visual production. There's also a rumor going around that the creator was sent to a gay conversion camp as a child, but the only proof of this that I can find is that he uses some of the same a/v techniques early gay conversion hypnosis videos did.

Another thing to note is that the Bambi cult members constantly scour the internet for mention of it and I won't be surprised if they register accounts here to hit-and-run defend it or post fake testimonials. I can try, but I don't know if it'll be exactly what you're after.
There's no magic bullet. This takes lots and lots of time and practice like everything else. I have probably 10 years' experience in audio production (mostly not kink shit) and almost as long writing hypnosis scripts on similar subjects for crappier earlier attempts that never got shared with anyone. I don't have formal training in any of this, though.
I do most of the audio work in Cubase, because that's what I know. The software doesn't matter as long as it's a real DAW (Ableton, Logic, etc). Audacity is not good enough, although I use it for editing raw samples.
Everything that applies to general audio production applies here. You can find information about that on any audio website, but it will take a lot of practice to get good at it anyway. You can't just shove everything in and hope for the best or you end up with K31.
You need to learn how to use EQ and panning to make space for elements in the mix. Learn how to use FX like reverb and echoes without muddying up the mix. The most important thing is to learn how to use compressors to make the main parts pop and blend the background tracks together.
Random tips: I put an almost imperceptible amount of reverb on basically every track. Don't overdo the FX on tracks that are loud or have constant activity. I compress all the background tracks together including all the FX tracks again and then sidechain that to the main voice so it stands out. One good trick you can use is to take a mono track and delay one ear by a few tens of milliseconds, which will separate it from centred sounds and make it sound like it's coming from inside your head on headphones (that's what I do for the looping side voices on all the newer stuff).
I get audio samples from random sample websites, youtube, the audiogonewild reddit, and occasionally from other hypnosis recordings. Youtube ASMR videos are often good for high-quality ambient samples.
For TTS I use TextAloud. It probably doesn't matter what software you use but I know that one produces high-quality wavs. The voices are Ivona Salli and Ivona Ivy. I haven't found any others that are as good. I used Neospeech Julie and Acapela Heather22 in some older stuff, they're OK I guess.
The main thing with TTS is the pronunciation will be garbage by default even on a good voice. The main tools you have to fix this are: switching between full stops and commas on the end of lines; inserting hyphens between syllables in the middle of words; changing spaces to hyphens between words; replacing particularly troublesome words with misspellings or phonetic versions. Each of these may or may not affect the pronunciation in some random way. You get a feel for it after a while, but it depends on the voice and it's never truly predictable.
I split my scripts out line-by-line according to punctuation marks since the text on one side of a comma/full-stop doesn't usually affect the pronunciation on the other side (in rare cases it can though, which sometimes trips me up). I'll relisten to some lines 20 or more times in different minor variations if they don't flow naturally at first until they sound right. Then you need to listen to multiple lines at a time to make sure they don't sound off one after another.
For scripts, I don't know if I can really say much. I learned from listening to other things and experimenting a lot. I can't articulate precisely what makes a script effective. Prerecorded hypnosis is difficult because you can't adapt to the state of the subject, you don't have the trust and expectation of a live session and so on. You have to fucking force it, don't waste time on things that don't contribute to the goal of the session in some way, make every word count, make it so hot they can't help but succumb to it. I'm pretty much masturbating the entire time I'm working on all this and it definitely slows the progress but it probably helps with coming up with wording that really gets to people.
I spend a lot of time QAing (trancing to) the recordings once they're mostly done and will iterate on some 5-10 times, re-ordering sections to work better, making sure all the other tracks sync up with the main script and don't cause problems, fixing pronunciation issues, shortening or lengthening sections or inserting more triggers so that there's never a bit that drags on too long or something the listener anticipates but doesn't end up happening.
I'm a difficult hypnosis subject and have spent years getting to the point where the stuff I make actually works for me, which probably explains why it seems to be quite effective in general.

The thing about SB that most common hypnotist enthusiast fans do not understand is that he or she is obviously a trained psychologist or psychiatrist whereas the vast majority of hypnotists you will come across on the internet are not but instead just performers and / or erotic phone sex workers basically.
What this means is that the hypnotist behind the persona of SB understands exactly how the human brain thinks and retains information and how to give messages deeper impact. Meanwhile most hypnotists are either just hypnosis enthusiasts or sex traders making a buck from said enthusiasts.
A common hypnotist may use layered voices to "reinforce" a message. Someone like SB can split push a message and bypass a listener's conscious defenses. Say a common hypnotist says something like "the sky is really colored neon pink". No matter how many times you hear it you are unlikely to believe it even with 3 different layered voices all saying the same thing. SB on the other hand will have voice one say "the sky is beautiful today" while voice two says "it is really important to relax" and voice three says "the flamingo is colored neon pink". Your conscious mind interprets it as three different complete sentences, but with the proper pausing and volume fading your actual memory will look more like the other message but without the listener's resistance fighting it.
Another trick SB uses that common hypnotists do not understand is that the human brain cannot handle too much information at once. This is why things like phone numbers and social security numbers have those pauses to force group splitting. 123656749 is meaningless and yet too long to be readily remembered but 123-65-6749 is remembered as three different things yet paired together. When SB uses the sentence pausing trick it causes your brain to "split" sentences. For example a common SB line would be something like "It is important to realize that it is good that you are curious about how hypnosis works" with pauses before and after the "you are curious" part to block it off as an subconscious memory separate from the rest while your conscious mind does not even register that anything weird is happening.
The next trick of psychology / psychiatry that SB employs is differentiation and diffusion. At the start of a video file SB will emphasize looking at the sexy girls, the words "sexy" or "hot" for example is reinforced over and over to go with the girls. Meanwhile when talking about the listener or men at the start if mentioned at all it will use words like "strong" or "great". Around the midpoint, after constant repetition of one gender getting one set of adjectives and the other getting different ones, slowly more and more the listener has the female-directed adjectives applied more and more commonly while also slowly weaning out the masculine-directed ones. Then by the end of a file the listener is being told they will be sexy and hot and very popular. This transference of gender is very pavlovian in nature but subtle enough that an untrained person will not even notice the importance taking part right in front of them. Some might even recognize eventually that they have changed to a female perspective but they will have no clue when exactly the change took place or how long it has been building to that point. This means even if they reject the "obvious" message they will have still been affected by the more subtle parts for quite a while before the cognitive awareness took place.
Yet another trick employed by SB can be seen in a large percentage of the video files. Images are overlayed and replaced with each other quickly. SB however will casually insert suggestive images such as a girl bent over or in bondage with other images such as a woman wearing strap-on harness or with a whip or leash in her hand. Other suggestive mental imagery includes various "phallic" objects such as a a stair handrail which fade into or get faded into by the images of submissive females.
The next trick SB uses is most commonly displayed by stage magicians, three card monte hustlers, as well as pickpockets and other petty larceny thiefs. It entails deliberately bringing attention to one thing to keep the audience enthralled / distracted and thus allow other things to slip by unnoticed. If any of the other tricks bypassed your awareness… Ask yourself something every time you actually notice something as being pretty blatant… "Why would a hypnotist who can subtly slip in all of these other subliminal psyche brain games that I never noticed before someone pointed them out also blurt out loud and obviously something like this which anyone without any kind of training can see / hear?"
Every single one of the tricks mentioned in this post is subtle enough that many an untrained eye / ear never consciously realizes "there is something being reinforced here". But psychological testing has proven that these are all tricks that do work without needed conscious awareness. This is how someone can want the hypnosis experience without wanting to be changed and yet still exhibit gradual or even significant changing with exposure. Ironically, the only ones who are reasonable safe from being changed are the ones who either learn in different ways than a normal human brain, or someone who has already been so exposed to similar concepts as the subliminally suggested content so that it stops becoming a "learning" experience and stops having a strong mental reaction. In other words, both someone who learns differently than normal and also someone with a fetish for that content may find themselves unmoved and wondering what the fuss is about.
I am not saying that every single subliminal tried by SB will affect a person or that every person will be affected, what I am saying is that SB is the most devious about slipping them in, and even when you "think" you spotted all of the subliminals you may very well have consciously overlooked many other subconscious ones. I also state my opinion that SB doing this in even the "straight" content is a clear case of failed ethics / morals and makes him or her a hypnotist that should be warned about and boycotted by a community that considers hypnotism to be a path of entertainment.

Trigger Happy is a good example. I've found the same to be true with every other file as well. And they are all a slow progression of A to B to C to D to E, etc. so that even if A originally never had a thought of E by the end they will happily accept that they are E. We're talking some heavy Manchurian Candidate programming here.
Whoever the hypnotist behind SB is they are scarily good. If anyone is actually curious about the experience then this is the hypnotist that can make you experience it for real. But if you do not want the end result then do NOT try any of SB's files. It takes an insanely large amount of willpower, a very high intelligence level, a strong belief in who you are already, and an unquantifiable other parameter to not be taken in by this program. It is possible that you would be able to resist, but far more likely that you won't, and even I am unsure how much if any the programming could have effected me.
All of SB's stuff is scarily well made if the intent was to drastically change listeners and consent is not actually needed.
Penis Enlargement starts out innocently but the message changes from "you want your cock to be bigger" to "you want a big cock in your ass". Only Real Men is intended to make listeners unable to have sex with women but become addicted to cocks and cum from both ends. Persuasion 1 tries to make a listener dress up like a cheerleader, a nurse, a lingerie model, and a prostitute and links it to feeling pleasure in the "pleasure center" hole behind you. Persuasion 2 has a listener watching bondage porn where every action happening to a girl is experienced as if feeling it too starting as two girls before slowly making it more of a hetero scene but with you being the female and getting fucked in the ass instead of a pussy but calling it an asscunt or asspussy.

When counting or doing any kind of math related task do you find yourself unexpectedly getting stiff, or suddenly getting confused, or losing count and needing to repeat something, or suddenly feeling horny, or losing track of time, or daydreaming about being a teen again, or suddenly imagining sex, or randomly feeling a tingle in your breasts, or twiddling with your hair, or suddenly feeling a need to check yourself out in a mirror?
^ All of that is just a short list of the various possible results different SB files may have installed in you. There are hundreds more. I definitely find the one about randomly asking for directions to driving routes you already know well to be the most bizarre though.
I honestly do not expect anyone to have all of those signs, and especially not all the reactions to each possible trigger event, but the higher your total the more heavily SB has managed to influence you without you even realizing. So do a count and see how many you've fallen prey to… assuming you can do so without the math triggers making it impossible.


For whatever reason, SB's files don't affect me to the same extent that most people report. As a result while I feel like I'm trancing I can actually hear everything that is being said and remember it after the fact without going to sleep or blanking the session.
The thing you have to realize about SB is that they mainly use other various psychological tricks to lead listeners around rather than simply through only reinforcement - although there's that too.
Let me give you an example from one specific file… SB would start off a video file by reinforcing that you want to look good all the while telling you to watch the sexy girls. After a while SB doubles up a comment about looking good by saying that you will look sexy. Then a few minutes later will again use the word sexy only this time its instead of the word good. Eventually SB only uses the word sexy regarding your own body and is getting you to agree that you want to be sexy but only after having spent ages separating the word sexy and reinforcing it as a word for the female form. Simultaneously SB also will start you off with a need to be popular with girls it begins with reinforcing that you're listening to help with getting dates with them, meanders into just talking with them, then slowly goes from there with understanding them, before eventually reinforcing being friends with them. Meanwhile SB might include something like how girls are dangerous and change their minds, girls can be deceptive and it is hard to know what they are thinking, how it would be so much easier to understand and date them if they said what they meant like a guy would, and then would creep in a comment that it would be so much easier if you were dating a guy instead. And proceeds from there. Before closing the file and blanking the session SB reverts to reinforcing something that without knowing what you've had repeating for the last few minutes seems neutral. The thing most listeners hear as they come out of trance is, "You will feel more confident now about dating. You are sexy and attractive to the people you want. You will be able to talk with girls about dating and be popular with the guys." making the file seem harmless and any changes to their personality seem unrelated. Only the file is not harmless and the changes are related.
^ All of that is an example from just one file on how SB slowly modifies a person. But even worse, like most of the hypnotists I've studied SB seems to use one file to reinforce other files that seem unrelated based on their filename.
Another trick employed by SB to confuse and mislead listeners is using script pausing and joining. By that I mean start to say something with one layered voice and then either pause so the word gets linked mentally to a different meaning or gets linked to a completely different layered voice. For example, "you need to think (pause) long and hard on (pause) what makes you sexy." all spoken in an evenly spaced pattern except some unusual pauses and no pause at all between the words "hard" and "on". Or another example would be how a layered voice saying "The girls in their panties makes you feel sexy." while another layered voice says "Watch what the girls are wearing." only the audio track is deliberately mixed with fades in such a way as to make the combined memory if it takes hold be "Wearing panties makes you feel sexy." without actually having to say it in just one layer. By itself such layered imprinting is relatively harmless but SB uses dozens of different things in each file. It is sort of a death by a thousand papercuts approach.
As far as actual triggers go, SB for the most part seems to prefer making gradual sneaky changes over hard triggers that can be spotted. But the most common trigger words or actions used in SB files are "pleasure center", "deep down deep", "$am@ntha is sexy.", "Be sexy for Sam@ntha.", "I am sexy.", "It feels fantastic! OMG You love it!" "curious", "one, two, three, down on all fours", "submit to S@manth@", "submit and follow", seeing your face in a mirror, shaking hands, seeing eighteen red cars (no clue why the exact number or color but eesh what a weird trigger), seeing a guy wearing an exact cufflink (another weird trigger), and a bunch of others.
Perhaps the weirdest thing about SB is that there seems to be an underlying agenda of some kind behind all of this once you analyze dozens of the files. Men are being programmed to become a girl with the personality of "Sam@ntha" and then trick, coerce, and persuade other males into becoming a girl with the personality of "$@manth@" as well. Almost like a Borg / Hive collective thing. Spooky as hell imo.

That is a hard question to answer. Everyone has different ways of memorizing and learning so what works on one person after just one listen could take dozens of reinforcing replays to make it take effect or even may not work at all on another person. As such you could notice no effects at all, or you could be already exhibiting all of the things desired by the hypnotist.
If you're scared of what is a ticking time bomb waiting to pop up in your life or have questions about how much of your behavior is you vs the hypnotists plans for you, then I would suggest first stop listening for now, second use a distraction technique to deliberately keep yourself alert while you or better yet someone not yet affected plays the file through investigatively, pausing every few seconds to make a list entry of any and all triggers, subtle A to B to C to D to E meaning changes, layered voice diffusions, etc.
If you need me to I can do so, but you're really better off having a second independent party doing so since not everyone picks up on the same things and I have heard so many SB files by now its tough to know what someone new to the files actually hears and is affected by.
Incidentally, the best way to verify a questionable file like anything SB puts out is to deliberately cause yourself just enough pain or similar stimulation that it keeps you from succumbing to trance effects. My suggestion if want to try this is to rub the teeth end of a hair comb along your fingertips one after the other.

The specific discord I was in was called crack life (yes I know weird name) and contained blazemaster (snap YouTuber) and a guy named cuthuluownz (or something like that).
