On one of his streams Hansen himself said that he was giving the laptop to Vincent to see if he could find any evidence before sending it on to the FBI. NOTE: Hansen gave it to Vincent to play with. Hansen was lying about the FBI because he would know about chain of custody when it comes to evidence. If it was going to the FBI, he would have put it in a Fedex box and sent it right out.

In a teaser on his stream, Hansen said that CP had been found on one of the devices. I bet he was lying about that too, because he's sending them back now with an apology saying it's Vincent's fault and they've just been sitting there. What about the CP?

Vincent didn't do anything with the laptop except at the direction of Hansen. He isn't the villain. Hansen is the one who is screwing around with the truth. This isn't a journalist attempting to get justice for victims, it's just plain old internet rumor mongering. Hansen is just as complicit as Vincent is.

There's quite a few cows involved in this horror show, isn't that something? Does Repzion have a thread yet? I know Onision is suing him too apparently, but I've never seen a defamation suit (slander, libel etc.) be successful. Well, once actually but that was something completely different than this and it involved malicious intent that was glaringly obvious from a mile away. That isn't really a thing here, and Onions rep was tanking way before this latest scandal so it would be really hard to prove that Hansen/Repzion directly cost Onion monetary damages; I know Onion thinks he'll get 6 figures for "pain and suffering" but that's punitive and it's only ever awarded alongside monetary, not in leui of, and that's if it's awarded at all. Did Onion file Pro se? Because I can't see a lawyer actually taking this case but apparently they were served with a complaint & summons?

I really can't stand Repzion, and from his smug "Look at me, look at me, I think im smarter than you" attitude I thought he was like 22, not almost 30. He's another one that deserves his own thread. I especially enjoyed how when I spent time pulling all the court documents & relevant info for Onion vs The Swamp, he had no issue taking credit for it on his channel. Im not a forever tween with a mental deficiency though so I left it alone.

I mean, depending on what they wanted to use it for, yeah. With actual evidence in criminal cases, there has to be a clear and concise chain of custody. Basically its a detailed chronological paper trail that documents who collected, handled, analyzed, or otherwise controlled pieces of evidence during an investigation. If anything, she should've copied the drive and handed that over to police for them to look at. But usually they won't even really deal with it. If the FBI wanted her computer, she'd know because they'd seize it.

In cases like this, they'd usually go straight to the source and show up to Onions house with a warrant to seize all electronics (and or whatever they're there for). He can call his lawyer at that point, but that's it. Gurg wouldn't be able to stop them, he'd have to watch as they toss his shit around and take what they came for. At that point, LE already has a decent amount of evidence (strong circumstantial or otherwise) because they had to show a judge cause in order to get the warrant signed off on in the first place.

In regards to evidence, it's imperative to maintain the chain of custody to preserve the integrity of the evidence and prevent it from contamination, which can alter the state of the evidence. So her sending it to Chris/Vincent where it sat in an office (that multiple people have access to everyday) or in his home back in NYC was just stupid and pointless. Should it ever come down to it, and they did use that computer... I mean even a 1st year public pretender (not a typo) could get that evidence challenged when presented and ruled inadmissible. There's strict guidelines that need to be followed when collecting evidence and uh... welp that ain't it.

If Hansen had talked to the FBI, they would have said "what's her name and number, we'll pick it up" because they would have needed to interview her about how she came into possession of it and what she believed to be on it. There is ZERO chance that any FBI person (even a secretary) gave Hansen the impression that Hansen could turn in someone else's laptop to them for use as evidence. That is absolutely ZERO chance. The only non witness who they would talk to would have been an attorney operating on behalf of a client and that's because an attorney is an officer of the courts.

PSA for those that don't already know... if you ever say "CP was found on a device" the rest of the sentence is "so I called the cops and turned it over to them" ... possession of CP is a crime. It doesn't matter why you have it. In most states, it's a crime. If he said that and they still shipped those devices back to the girl...then they've shipped CP across state lines. Also a crime.

4 hours old, focuses heavily on the police report VS the videos he made when it had occurred
Includes a few very good points, is worth a watch if only for the consolidation of everything thats gone down.
EDIT: Apparently this guy got all his dates wrong, based his dates on UK instead of US among other things, nice catch dude @TaterFarmer

I’m legitimately concerned Chris Hansen and his team of exceptional individuals is going to fuck all of this up. Hansen has a history of doing dumb shit to try to get attention and many of the predators he’s captured have got away because the investigation was done wrong. Kai and Onision are both very dangerous people and should be kept far away from children, but Chris Hansen seems more interested in attention-whoring and interviewing people who were of age or are trannies than actually doing a real investigation.

Chris Hansen uses swat team on a guy who ultimately kills himself.

yeah... no. that video has a LOT of errors, but the biggest one is that he's reading a US date of Sept 12th as if it is a UK date of Dec 9th. The redaction about abuse/grooming/ect was added by the person who tweeted that. NOT the police department. Then he shows that video about the Dec 10th poop and claims it was the day following the event (based on his mis-understanding of the way US dates are written). There are a lot of other errors, but those are the most significant.

What Hansen is doing is entertainment, and if they find anything real out that's the icing on the cake. It has to be a moneymaking venture or there is no reason to have the channel. Some people mistake him for the police but he's a TV presenter, and now a Youtube entertainer.

Sarah can still send her shit to the FBI, let's see if she does, huh. Or is she going to just tweet and delete about it.

If anything, his recent visit to James Jackson's house is more useful than all of iNabber's videos combined.

It's not meant to be an expose. She does reaction videos to Amberlynn Reid and other ridiculous youtubers. So this rant is sort of on brand for her. And I don't think she's saying that Onision was un-doxed pre Chris Hansen I think she's saying that Hansen should've had more integrity than to dox Onision. That being said I don't even know that Hansen did that. But she lurks the kiwi farms, she has said as much in past videos. I think she knows that he was previously doxed.

I really don't feel like watching an unnecessarily long YouTube video about it (because YTs algorithm favors videos over 10 minutes and well ...$$$) but could someone give me the TL;DR non-autistic version of what exactly Nicotra did? I heard he doxxed one of the victims but I've heard many things that aren't true or have been greatly exaggerated.

Also, I saw a few pages back that Billy and Ayalla (sp?) have pay-for-thot accounts. I'd ask who'd pay to see them but the thirst of "forever edgy" basement dwelling internet 'tards never ceases to amaze me.

Chris is allowed to knock the door and respectfully ask for an interview; it's a very common practice for journalists working on an investigation and not just a trademark on Hansen's style of journalism. Onion couldve respectively declined, but he calls 911 like a tard.

Notice how all of Chris' crew and Mike are well away from Jackson's property. Onion never mentions this and claims everyone trespassed.

Even then, Repzion and a number of anti-O spergs proved the man's been doxxed years ago, especially after Onionboy took down trees in his property.

Look, I know everyone's starving for content and not everyone is in the know about Onision or Hansen, I get that. But to the lady if she does lurk here, do some more research or make your rants shorter



Edit; forgot to mention that Onision is a public figure and demonstrated that he's willing to eschew his privacy for fame and money. Even Youtubers with 30k subs are public figures. Privacy wouldnt be an issue even if he wasn't doxxed
