If he is smart (he isn't) he'd hire a lawyer to figure out which path has the lightest sentencing outcome: an assault with a prior conviction for a prohibited weapon, or a weapons charge with a prior conviction for assault. Then what a smart person would do is keep reserving the plea of guilty or not guilty for the charge he wants to have addressed last. Ex, if assault with a weapons prior has a better potential outcome than vice versa, he'll kick the can forward on the assault charge for as long as possible. You can usually reserve your plea at least twice, but generally thrice, before a judge starts getting annoyed.

Mind you, even if he got a lawyer and did the smart thing, it only works if one stays out of trouble.. he won't.

What are you talking about? I’ve never been required to attach a phone number to a twitter account. You only need an email.

No, they got it. Yaniv and mommy were having a big fight, but the guest demanded that they get the meal they were promised. Mariam apparently tossed her credit card on the table and the guest ordered meals to go, and when they were leaving yaniv and mommy were yelling at each other in the parking lot

I was asked for a mobile phone number to verify a suspended twitter account, and I refused and argued that my right to privacy was paramount. Twitter eventually backed down, restored my account, and said it had been targeted because of suspicious activity. Twitter said they were mistaken, there was no suspicious activity.

That's funny, they've just flat-out stopped replying to my "appeals". I'm not litigious, so I haven't really pushed it.. but it sucks to only have 3 twitter accounts. I hadn't tried your "privacy is paramount" approach, I might try that next week.

There are sites that will provide bogus numbers, you can call and text from them. If you notice on any of his interviews hes done he always gets 5-6 phone calls and hundreds of texts, hes doing it from the computer to himself. He was able to make the fake phone records from a blocked number to make it look like someone was call harassing him dozens and dozens of times. He will go to any length to make his lies believable, thats how he gets all the socks.
