Been thinking about baby girls fall from the window and have a theory. Chloe is tiny, from the looks of her probably not more than 25-30? lbs. I was most surprised by the lack of blood. I believe it is possible that the screen acted almost as a sail and provided enough resistance that it somewhat slowed down the rate of speed of her fall. She basically fell lying on top of the screen and like a previous poster mentioned, she did not react by bracing for the impact of the fall with her arms. Lying on top of the screen she could not have extended her arms had she tried.
