A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

That sounds too crazy to be true.
Is there a judge’s opinion I can read for this case, or at least a place to look for something similar?
Miya just hard to believe that ‘lower T’ is the only reason some people though this could be a good idea.

TBH this all sounds like a legal loophole being taken advantage of rather than a judge/parole board actually thinking this is a good fuckin idea, so hopefully this shit will be nipped very quickly in the bud before anyone else gets the idea

He is in jail but tried slicing his penis off to get attention because he felt he should be woman. And get moved to women quarters in prison. Apparently he did transition but hes also a manipulative liar soooo......

This guy and his case were discussed a few weeks back on the Tranny News Megathread.

One of the issues, IIRC, was that Iowa law has tied the state’s hands in regards to incarcerating this guy. The state required a recidivism assessment that met a certain threshold percentage (like for ex a 30% chance of reoffending) and using the idiotic testosterone reduction theory, that reduced his rate enough to be released.

Wasn’t the case discussed a few weeks back about prisoners pronouns, or was that just another trans inmate?
Either way, the idea of a ‘recidivism assessment’ is weird. Like, even if these pedos are straight up castrated, they have a decently high chance of reoffending depending on the crime. According to stats, that is.
I suppose in the cases of CP, it could make a degree of sense to try that, but not physical offense of a child. CP is abhorrent, no doubt, but they can get help or supervision so as to not escalate. Doing stuff to kids, those people can’t be cured though any means we know of.
Crazy.

I don’t see any evidence that he’s violent; pretty much your “molested becomes molester” scenario. Also, he’s never been “intimate” so this dude is probably fucked in the head in a way that has stunted his development psychologically and sexually, but he’s definitely not violent and didn’t rape anyone- it was all “touching private parts.”

So, as much as I hate to say it, I think the ruling deeming him nonviolent is fair, and since he was abused himself, then caught molesting other children when he was still a teen, there might be hope with some intensive therapy even though I’m extremely skeptical.


Also, for the sake of intellectual honesty, Hormone levels greatly affect libido and sexual behavior such as chasing AND performance- or lack there of- females who don’t take birth control and stick to their natural cycles experience a sharp drop in estrogen when ovulating which makes us horny to fuck anything because it’s the time during our cycles when we are most fertile. As soon as our estrogen rises, libido sharply decreases because the body is preparing to either incubate a fertilized egg or shed the lining later on.

Point being, being as impartial as I can and taking everything into account, it’s quite possible that with intense therapy and low testosterone levels/ higher estrogen that he won’t re offend.

HOWEVER, this is assertion is somewhat in a vacuum. He will already be alienated because of his trauma and predator status, and I don’t think that trooning is a move in the positive or wise direction. We know that the more isolated a person is, such as someone who is mentally ill or an addict, only gets worse without support and within isolation. The courts should have taken this into account. Trooning out will only further his isolation and ensure that those who he will surround himself with are those also living on the fringe of society, often having extremely unhealthy psychological states and views of sex themselves. It’s a disaster waiting to happen.

The court should have let him have the hormones to curb libido while requiring him to undergo intense therapy while learning life skills that he could use to start over... maybe some sort of outpatient facility or halfway house for abused and high risk males would have been more appropriate.

Im highly suspicious that some lawyer told him that he would have a chance of getting out and leading a more normal life as a woman- some kind of sick cost benefit analysis- and he took this ill advice.

this has almost nothing to do with actual transgender issues, but it’s exactly how the system will be exploited if this shit continues- and it’s a danger to fucking everyone- especially the non -criminal public.

Also interesting: this sets legal precedent regarding tangible biological differences between males and females in the context of transsexual inmates... it’ll take an Olympic gymnast to do the mental flips between supporting trans inmates rights and denying hormone differences between males and females have any tangible effects on behavior and bodily ability/ function.

This is such an idiotic fucking mess.
