That would make sense except my job requires me to be in front of the computer for hours, I'm also sitting on my ass for up to 8 hours a day at school. I guess the only difference is is that I go to the gym daily.
It doesn't take a lot of exercise to prevent problems. The key is doing it regularly and most days. For a lot of people, the walking they do going about their day and taking stairs rather than lifts is plenty.
