nothing is really surprising when you remember he left his child alone with shmorky like it was a good idea
lowtax's incapacitated, drug-addled body was in the vicinity at all times, according to him. What more do you people want from him???

This is how that obligatory 'so I'm about to get divorced again, here's everything you need to know' should've gone:

"Hello goons. Life's been a mess! We put FYAD down, sorry about that, and it appears I am going to have another divorce. You may hear a lot of bad stuff about the situation, but it's sensible that I not discuss such a personal matter that's definitely going to need lawyers to sort out. Brace yourselves, I'm going to ban a lot of you frivolously and spuriously so that I can supplement the unexpected lawyer fees. That's all I'm going to say on the matter until the case is literally closed."

That should have been the last reference to the situation in GBS, in FB, wherever the hell else. He wouldn't be looking as bathsalts-up-the-ass savage retard as he has been for the past couple months. I would have never found out about kiwifarms, nor probably a bunch of other subs here since December. God what a colossal fucking dummy.

edit: the 'exceptional individual' autoreplacement threw me a moment. Good show, retards!

I was going to make a long ass post like that earlier detailing how fucking incredible it was he made literally the worst decision possible at literally every turn in this entire series of cascade failure events starting mid December, but then I realized the entire thing can be summarized and boiled down to "lol look at what a fucking faggot Lowtax is"

Eh I'm pretty sure this is just the beginning. I have a feeling dude is expecting a slam-dunk in his favor, and that the extent of Lowtax's legal knowledge is "I think it should work this way." It's going to be great fun watching him bash his head against the realities of the legal system like a moth braining itself on a light bulb. And he will likely be ignoring his lawyer's advice, and constantly whine/gloat on social media. He's too dumb to shut up, and too wasted/narcissistic to know what's happening. In the coming months, his combination of confusion and anger is going to provide enough salt to kill every slug on the planet.

I think SA goes tits up this year. I also think LT isn't going to do nearly as well in the divorce as he thinks he will.
Unless Ashli gets caught trying to distribute a few hundred pounds of meth the best he’ll get is joint custody and a hefty alimony payment for 3-4 years with another child support payment. SA will slog along until he loses money on it.

I wish she could comment, anytime there's a post about his patreon welfare decreasing, I wonder what emotion wins out - glee at him receiving his just desserts, or worry that he'll have nothing left to pay with once the divorce is finalized?

Missouri only makes a spouse pay alimony after 10 years of marriage, which makes Lowtax going after that go fund me all the more disgusting.

Huh? Rich had to pay gobs of alimony (plus child support) to his first wife who he was only married to for five or six years tops.

Ten year rule is usually for property/asset division of stuff one spouse had prior to the marriage. It’s also a common issue prenups address.

Didn't chinkwife get alimony? They werent together for 10 years.

She did but I'm pretty sure they were married for over 10 years (they were married February, 2005). According to the mini-bio submitted to IMDB by Ashli, Megan and Lowtax divorced in 2014. I think there are still screenshots on SS of the court documents. The divorced dragged out over a long time.

No. They were married in 2004 and I remember shit about Lowtax’s divorce being discussed on the forums well before I stopped visiting and my last regular usage was 2011 at the latest. They didn’t get close to the ten year mark.

I seem to recall they started to file early on, reconciled, had another kid and then split after the 10 year mark. Could be wrong though.

I think one of the first filings was in 2011, then nothing much more happened until 2013. I'll see if I can find the screenshots of the docket on SS. I have a vague recollection of Lowtax having mentioned being married to Megan for 11 years.

This post has a couple of screenshots of the divorce docket. Unfortunately, the Missouri Courts caselink url no longer works so I can't pull the entire thing.
