yea, that's how most VAs make their start: bit parts in the background. slowly they make their way up into minor, then supporting, eventually they'll get to a main character.

The translator was probably a contractor. "Fired" in this instance means they probably just canceled the contract. NDA probably because they don't want the translator talking about the content of the show. It definitely props up the theory that this came down from Funimation legal, though.

How do we NOT know the identity of this translator yet. Surely it's in the credits.
