Lolcow Melinda Leigh Scott & Marshall Castersen - Sue-happy couple. Flat earth conspiracists. Pretending to be Jewish. Believe Kiwi Farms is protected by the Masonic Order. 0-6 on lawsuits. Marshall is dead.

This is what I believe "rape" is in context of The Torah (link is below). It's a paper I wrote, based on years of debating the issue with others and exegesis of the texts, and one final article I read about rape in The Torah that motivated me to finally put my thoughts on paper.

My points/conclusion is that the Hebraic definition of "rape" involves kidnapping/theft and extorting/robbing something that is not your marital right. So I don't believe a spouse can rape a spouse (in the Hebraic sense of the word) because sex with a spouse's body is a marital right imbued in The Torah. Also, if you put yourself in the bed with a spouse they haven't stolen/kidnapped you. You're in the bed by your own free will.

But if someone causes an injury to their spouse during a forced act of sex they would owe something to the spouse to heal them, according to The Torah. I'm not condoning brutality against spouses

Fucking called it

So that's how you see yourself. An object to be owned. A piece of meat to either be fought over by rabid dogs or tossed away like rubbish when the dogs won't eat it.

God woman, stand up for yourself you're pathetic.

It's just sad you never tasted independance away from this pathetic notion of being "owned". No, rape has nothing to do with ownership. Marriage is not ownership. A human can never be owned, and consent can never be assumed.

You should indulge in this right to say no for once, married or not. It's a bigger exhilaration than getting off. But if course you'll block your ears like the woman-cuck you are

She really doesn't pay any attention to Jewish laws and holy texts. She's just making up excuses to stay with an abusive man. I would say it's sad but she could just leave but doesn't want to so instead she's just pathetic.

Hey, thanx Reddit. You don’t even know what you are talking about when it comes to the Pentateuch or “The first five books of Moshe.”
You are not a Jew. You are just a backwoods baby machine that prints out retards.

So I don't believe a spouse can rape a spouse (in the Hebraic sense of the word) because sex with a spouse's body is a marital right imbued in The Torah.
Marshall Castersen is or has been raping you, Melinda Leigh Scott. I hope one day you realize that Marshall Castersen is raping you, and despite what the Torah says, you would not find a Rabbi or spiritual leader in this day and age who does not agree that Marshall Castersen is wrong for raping Melinda Leigh Scott.

Wow. Imagine needing years of debate and writing a paper to parse out the simple fact that no means no.
And still failing.
No still means no.

I definitely did not say anyone was owned. I've made clear in my other scholarship that a woman is NOT property

There are, disgustingly enough, many Rabbis, scholars and lay persons who believe that The Torah condones rape and even makes a marriage out of it. I'm the voice of opposition to that. Some others oppose that view too (Karaites, Reform Jews, Netzarim, independent thinkers).

She really doesn't pay any attention to Jewish laws and holy texts. She's just making up excuses to stay with an abusive man. I would say it's sad but she could just leave but doesn't want to so instead she's just pathetic.

I read the entire "Bible" 3 times between 2004 and 2012. I started to follow The Torah 14 years ago in 2006. Granted, I didn't understand everything about it then. I learned more, followed more by 2008. In 2011 I discovered a very important Apocrypha. Between 2010 and 2013 I read a lot of Apocrypha. I wrote my first Thesis in 2013. I started learning Biblical Hebrew in 2005 and for 15 years has kept up my knowledge on it. I have 100s of quality hours in Hebraic texts. I haven't been to an official Yeshiva but I have other academic training which has been useful in applying to theological study. I know the Masoretic Text and a lot of Apocrypha very well. I could win a debate against most pastors who are biblically illiterate. And against most Rabbis who tend to rely on The Talmud instead of scriptural facts.

A question for you, Tamar. How much in governmental benefits (Section 8 vouchers, food stamps, utility subsidies, etc.) do you receive? What about private charity? Do you hit food banks? Do you hit up your fellow cultists?

What's the relevance of this question?

But you've stated previously in this thread and private messages that have been shared in this thread that Marshall Castersen has raped you, Melinda Leigh Scott. If you know rape is wrong, then you should stand by it. If you're in "opposition" to the idea that Marshall Castersen can rape you, Melinda Leigh Scott, but you still don't speak up because "even though I oppose it the Torah says blah blah blah", you are only enabling Marshall Castersen to continue in his rape of you, Melinda Leigh Scott.

Also I never said "welcome back" after you left, so "welcome back". How long will you be staying this time?

Im not reading your autistic, cabbalistic paper justifying spousal rape. I already know its going to be an excuse for why Marshmellow... you get the point.

Also, why do you put the word bible in quotation marks? Many would find it pretty offensive if you put their holy scripture in quotations acting like youre better than them or something.

You couldn't win in a debate against Bradley Castersen on the subject of "why did daddy beat me to death?" Let alone anyone with any practical knowledge of anything.

I've stated in social media groups that my second husband raped me. (The Stalker took screenshots and posted then here). In those social media groups I used the word in a secular group and in a secular/legal context. It was a philosophy group

I use the word English word rape in my academic writing but have written about it in a Hebraic meaning using Hebrew. Rape has a different meaning in the English/legal/secular context than the Hebraic/Hebrew definition. So, although I might use the English word rape in a secular sense when talking about philosophy in a secular group, it doesn't encompass my entire belief system

I put "The Bible" in quotations to clarify that I'm referring to a book others are familiar with but that I don't subscribe to the canon. No offense intended. "The Holy Bible" is a scholastic classification.

I guess I'm just curious as to exactly how much financial assistance you willingly solicit and accept from a system you consider to be evil.

I take from the system because it was forced on me. I was born into this system of paper currency and I am forced to live in it. If the US Government is going to force us all to live on a grid then they can help pay for it. Also, if public school families are given financial benefits for participating in their system, homeschooling families should be given the same. The US Government has yet to create a Homeschool voucher or equal financial opportunities for homeschooling families. So I created my own solution.

The reason the US Government doesn't provide homeschool vouchers is because they already have a regulated education system in place. Homeschooling is a voluntary withdrawal from the public school system and isn't consistently regulated. For example, in Utah there's no required testing. There's no way to validate the child is receiving the same or better education that a public school will provide.

What is the curriculum for your children? Not counting the child that Marshall Castersen may have murdered. What books do you purchase for them? What study guides and materials do you have? How do you structure their schedules for learning? What assessments do you have for their academic progress?

You know what you didn't say in any of that word gravy?

You never once denied the allegations that Marshall Castersen raped/rapes you, Melinda Leigh Scott.

Does your brood of homeschooled, abused, unvaccinated offspring look like this?:

If they aren't vaxxed how are you going to protect them from the Corona Virus?

would you care to explain the below quote then:

You describe rape as wrong because it is a theft or kidnapping, but marriage rape is a-ok because spouse can't steal or kidnap you. You don't seem to get just because someone bedded someone once doesn't mean they always will of their own free will. There is no marital right over someone's body, why would anyone marry if they can't say no afterwards? It isn't wrong because they're stealing from another man or woman that's the least concern it's wrong because it's an evil act on the victim...

Rape is wrong because it affects autonomy and the right over your own body, not to mention being as traumatic as fuck. It isn't as mild as stealing or kidnapping as if you're some object which you did seem to imply above.

But what other system is there? What do expect to do, live out in the wilderness and get eaten by a bear?
