Maybe it's the TDS cycle going too fast, but I don't know what comment she is referring too in that quote. "Punch him in the face" makes me think of Biden threatening to fight Trump. Is this an actual thing Trump said or is she taking after Schiff and writing fan fiction.

If we're going through French Revolution 2.0 right now, Trump isn't Louis XVI. He's Robespierre, and the people going to the guillotine are the Democrats who trampled the will of the Third Estate. (And yes, if this were an accurate analysis, I expect it would end up the same way for Trumpierre too.)

Everyone knows the left can't meme, but now they can't even symbolize correctly.

I guess an overweight DemSoc non-binary Senate candidate with "they/them" pronouns in their bio can't be expected to learn some fucking history, between all the autistic screeching scheduled in her busy day. She isn't leading a revolution anywhere except to the buffet line.

Louis XVI was a mild reformer who started trying to improve things for the poor/middle class just enough to give people the idea that change was possible, and then a famine and economic crisis hit. So Trump could be Louis, if Wu Flu causes a crash and antifags magically metamorphose into a capable revolutionary movement.

I've seen books about Trump at B&N as well, but I'm from a reddish state, so guess it was obvious they'd have to suck it up and deal with it and stick them with the other political books near the Historical section. There was an independent bookstore at the local mall that we would go to that all of a sudden made it very clear they weren't selling books about Trump (or some religious text) at all because the owner of the store didn't like them, even though willing customers were requesting them and there were other political books there. I don't even think they removed those as well to avoid showing their bias.

The place went out of business because of the high rent keeping them in the red, but I think they also went out of business because they purposefully weren't selling what people wanted.

I'd say something about rats and sinking ships, but I wouldn't want to smear the good name of rats. I'll call them koalas: fat, lazy, full of STIs, only able to survive in an incredibly niche environment, and with way better PR than they deserve.
