no lawman but if you are automatically a limited public figure for saying "no im not a pedo" in a somewhat public forum, then you cant ever defend yourself in a social setting without making yourself a limited public figure. Personally i feel the status of limited public figure is if he tried inserting or engaging to a certain degree. As for as we know there wasnt a rumour panel and its just fans asking him publicly. He didnt say shit on social media. so who knows, maybe if we actually get past appeal well get an answer to that that isnt just chupp boomer opinion of a public figure because he happened to have a dozen or so people in his courtroom one day.

Obviously hes not a public figure, hes well known in a very niche social circle but thats it and if the keisha lawsuit is anything to go bye, then no Vic shouldnt be considered a public figure.

I am pretty sure Nick had mentioned that the leaker was from Wick Phillips in a previous stream. Although it does make me wonder who it could be... I doubt it would be any of them working on the case directly. Although Ron and Monica could be so despised that even the people being paid to defend them hate them.

I'd despise having to work on defending idiots who keep making my job harder because they won't listen to the advice of the professionals they are racking up thousands of dollars of fees for that neither client is paying.

So yeah, I totally believe that there are people connected to this at Wick Phillips who hate MoRon enough to send Nick some spicy takes.

I'm sure some of the others who have to work with Wheezy along with Ron & Monica and see what a clusterfuck this is now thanks to the "brain trust" those 3 are not to pleased or proud of it in any shape or form.

Those people aren't being paid. And if appeals comes back not in their favor they aren't ever getting paid.

They probably see them for the deadbeats they are.

Off the top of my head, the only thing I remember was Carey saying something to the effect of "He doesn't know anything" when Ron gave his litany of I Do Not Recalls, which prompted Casey's meltdown.

If that's Ron's big gotcha he's even more retarded than I thought.
